I have utilized many cleaning services over the years, all the ones you see advertised on TV and then some. I have always been a little disappointed. I stopped having it done because it seemed that the really dirty areas never really got clean. Well it’s probably been 10 or more years since I had it done. I asked California Upholstery, who I also recommend, if they could recommend someone and they referred me to Artistic Associates. And I am so glad they did. I had spots on my couch that my dogs rub against everyday, I mean layers upon layers of dirt and Artistic got all that out. So I then had them clean a chair and once again spots that I thought no way were going to get clean look new again. They take the furniture to their shop which is a bit inconvenient but so worth it!! I highly recommend.

We have used Artistic Associates a few times now with great results each time. Recently we were considering replace a four year old couch due to our dog rubbing his side against it. Before we did that we gave Artistic a call, they showed up on time when scheduled, were very conscientious and professional. The couch came out great, no up selling . this is the best carpet and area rug cleaning service we’ve found in carmichael. we have tried several companies for our home and rental properties, but none have done as great a job. luke runs things really well and the team always does excellent work. they show up on time, are very polite, treat your things with care, and make sure every spot gets cleaned. when a stubborn stain came back after our duplex carpet dried, luke made sure to come back and fix it for free. his honesty and dedication to good service is rare these days. i trust him with any carpet cleaning job, and i’m even sending some fancy silk rugs to his shop to be cleaned.
