Reviews of local pros in Carmichael, California

Recommended by one of my clients and they did a great job! Showed up on time - did exactly what I expected and it was so nice to come home to my clean home! Thank you!

The Cleaning Authority crew led by Olivia swept through my home today leaving it spotless. They were friendly and efficient. Thank you ladies!

I asked to focus on specific things and it was handled, perfectly. It was my final cleaning. I am leaving 2 refrigerators. They cleaned inside both refrigerators and inside the oven.

This weeks team was especially thorough! The bathroom tile sparkled!

We’ e been using The Cleaning Authority for our condo for close to a year now and have been extremely happy. The cleaning crew is always on time, very friendly, thorough and professional. On their most recent visit, 10/14, they even cleaned our oven (not part of our regular service) and it looks great! I highly recommend this service for its affordability, reliability and professionalism.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for every other week cleaning of our house for about 10 years now.. Always pleased with the work, we really appreciate the thoroughness of the work. Ever since restarting the service after covid, we have had their Team 6, led by Vianey, we have been very impressed with their work and how clean the house smells afterwards. We do try to make it easier for the cleaners, picking up the house and making the beds so that they focus on cleaning - and the results are everything we wanted! Now that we’re both retired, we really appreciate it all! Highly recommend!

Best cleaning service I’ve ever used, the ladies are always so nice and friendly, and they work quickly, would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a cleaning job.

Best of the best

I tried this cleaning service once and really loved it. Everything was done at the highest level. I will definitely keep booking it.

I have been using this company to clean my house every 2 weeks for about the last 6 months. They are very reliable, respectful and speedy. And they get my house clean! I am happy I found them, and you probably will be too.

I couldn’t be happier with their work. The level of attention to detail — even to the smallest things — is truly impressive. The thoroughness of the cleaning speaks for itself (just look at my oven!).

They treat my home with great care and respect, and their attitude toward my family is warm and professional. You can feel that they genuinely care about the space they’re cleaning.

Highly recommend — exceptional service from start to finish.

I highly recommend using this company's services. For a long time, I couldn't find a cleaning company whose service met my requirements. These girls are absolute professionals in their field. They work quickly and efficiently.

This is the best cleaning company that has ever cleaned my home.
The girls are incredibly and detail-oriented — they do their job perfectly.

They are also very easy to communicate with and such a pleasure to work with.
My house has never looked this clean and fresh before.

Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect, stress-free cleaning experience!

Jake and his crew quoted me for a new driveway and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

Have some pictures I'll post but they did good work replacing a part of my driveway and doing a walking path

Have had them repair and install a number of driveways for homes that my company purchases in the Carmichael area. Fair price and solid work !

This company has been doing landscape maintenance work for us for four years. Great work, no concerns. Responsible, affordable and responsive to specific requests. I would recommend them.
