Reviews of local pros in Carmichael, California

We had our approx. 140 sf kitchen remodeled in the summer of 2022. This project included a full tear out down to the studs, and we brought in all new flooring, cabinets, counters, plumbing, appliances, trim and molding, paint, lighting/electrical, and even had to replace two exterior windows with shorter ones to accommodate new counters. We contacted Robert Calvo to give us a quote and I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was very reasonable.

Overall, he did fantastic work. He was on time in the mornings and he worked full days diligently. He completed the project in roughly the time that he originally estimated (there were some supplier delays that weren’t his fault). He even went out of his way to work around our schedule when he came back to the job a couple months later to install the last pieces that were significantly delayed, and he didn’t even think to charge us extra for it.

He provided constructive feedback throughout the design and construction process so we could make the most educated decisions about how to design the layout, what materials to use, and more. He welcomed our questions throughout the process and was eager to accommodate some of our pickier requests without asking for change orders. He was very communicative and always made sure we were happy with the way things were looking as it came along.

While he was working in our home, he was also very courteous and did everything I’d expect to make sure the dust and mess never migrated to other parts of the house. He made sure to cause as little interruption to our already interrupted lives as he could. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience and with how the kitchen turned out in the end. I would highly recommend Robert as a general contractor for any home remodel.

Robert is an amazing contractor. We’ve work with him to complete multiple projects and have always been impressed with his quality of work and thoughtfulness. We plan to have him complete more projects for us when the opportunity presents. Highly recommend!

Great people that know what they're doing!

Great Construction Manager for all your building needs!

We completed several projects in our new home with Vs Integra Construction Inc., and we are extremely happy with the results. They installed tile in our living room and fully remodeled our laundry room, adding a beautiful cabinet with a countertop and sink.

Vova is a very experienced and highly professional contractor who truly pays attention to every detail. All of my requests were handled carefully and thoughtfully. You can see the craftsmanship in the way the laundry area perfectly matches the backsplash and countertop patterns.

The work turned out amazing. We highly recommend Vs Integra Construction Inc. Thank you for such great work!

We were very happy with the service we got from this company. The guys who came were very professional, personable, and did a great job installing some wood flooring. We also want to thank Kirill and Vlad. They worked very hard and were very pleasant.

I recently had Vs Integra Construction Inc. remodel my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the start, they were incredibly professional and helpful. Had a full on bathroom remodel done last summer, turned out perfect. Recently asked them to come in to install a few more things and they did, they are the experts! They always keep me updated, explain everything. Polite, fair, and honest. Would recommend

These guys are great!! They redid the whole kitchen area and it looks amazing. The process was easy and fast. When I saw them work I could tell they're very experienced. They answered questions, gave suggestions, and helped us get the kitchen of our dreams (because we sure didn't know what we were doing). From the can lights, to the quartz countertops, to cabinet installs, all the appliances... they really took care of everything. Loved the experience

I highly recommend Vs Integra Construction Inc to anyone looking to renovate their home. They did my bathroom about a year ago and I love it. I had some new stuff installed this week, I called them and they came and professionally installed everything I needed. Their team is responsive, respectful, always kept me informed, answered all my questions, very polite. Their work is top notch, highly recommend.

These guys handled business! They were quick to respond, quick to arrive, and quick to complete the job. This company and Ty the owner bring old school business values back to life. He walked me through the options to replace with traditional and tankless water heater. Shared pros and cons of both without pressure. Ty and team left my house spotless and in perfect working order. I highly recommend

Highly recommend this business. Staff are responsive, installation was quick, and price was reasonable for a new hot water heater along with permitting.

Highly satisfied with my tankless water heater. Ty and his assistant did the project quickly, removed my old water heater and disposed of it. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. We love our new tankless water heater and the service! Would highly recommend

Very professional and responsive company. Needed my T&P valve brought up to code and they came in and did some great work. Quick, clean, great service, and fair pricing. Would reccommend for any water heater needs.

I needed my water heater replaced. I called them and from beginning to end it was great service and no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend.
