Nick of Gold Coast Flooring did a very good job in stretching the wrinkled carpet of my rental before I put it for sale in the market. Nick was responsive, punctual, and completed the job within a short period of time. Also, I am a out of town owner. Nick completed the job perfectly on his own by following all the instructions provided. I consider Nick and his company reliable and highly recommend his service.

Nick did two different carpet installations for me in my rental. He was always very responsive, professional, courteous and reasonable in his pricing. Not only did Nick do an awesome job installing, he even vacuumed the carpet after the installs. In all the times I've had carpet installed this experience was the best. I highly recommend Nick and Gold Coast Flooring.

I can't say enough good things about Nick and Gold Coast Flooring, he's friendly, responsive, fair priced and excellent workmanship. We're putting my mom's house on the market and the carpet is old and lumpy, they cleaned and stretched it and made it look 100 times better than it looked before. 1 room that wasn't lumpy before became lumpy after the cleaning and Nick came and stretched it immediately for no charge. Great company, highly recommend to anyone!

Nick was professional, a good communicator and did a great job re-stretching and repairing our carpet. So happy with his work and will reach out to him again if we need more repairs in the future. Highly recommend.

We honestly cannot say enough good things about Nick at Gold Coast Flooring. He came out within a day to provide us with a carpet install estimate which was very competitive with the other estimates we received. Nick was able to fit us into his schedule in a very timely manner. He was always punctual and even responded to emails promptly. Nick is professional, respectful, and a very hard worker. He is very meticulous about his work and is able to install carpet SO quickly!! Our whole job was completed in just a few days. My wife and I were visiting her mother in her new place and brought our dogs as we usually do. We have a 60lb pit and a somewhat anxious 10lb toy Australian Shepherd. While we stepped out of her apartment for awhile without the dogs, the little one lost it. Usually when we visit they had access to the outside and to roam, but this time we had the dogs locked inside. Unfortunately the little guy was so nervous or angry he actually pulled up the carpet from the door edge and tore it to shreds for about 1" by 6". On top of that he pulled it back probably about 2 feet and absolutely destroyed the foam underlayment. This unfortunately also is an apartment my mother in law just moved into, so naturally I wanted to repair it asap.

I found Gold Coast thanks to yelp and noticed a couple other reviews with almost identical damage. I reached out to Nick through Yelp and even though it wasn't during business hours he replied pretty quickly and reassured me that he specializes in these sort of repairs. I was able to send pictures, get a quote from him and coordinate with him and my mother in law to get the floor fixed. He made the experience very positive and worked with me every step of the way. He did the work quickly and left it looking as good as new. I really appreciated the way he was able to send me before and after pictures and send my the invoice via PayPal since I live several hundred miles away. If you have similar damage from a pet, contact him as he does great work and really goes the extra mile.

We used Nick's services in 2021 to stretch out some lumps that had formed in our 3 year-old carpeting. We appreciated his great work and reasonable price. A couple of years later in 2023 some other areas of our carpet formed lumps, so we emailed photos to Nick. He came by a few days later, gave us a reasonable estimate, and completed the project immediately over the next couple of hours. We are very satisfied with his work again!

I highly recommend Nick. First his communication and responsiveness via text was terrific. Quote, scheduled and booked all within a few minutes via text. He confirmed the appointment the evening before and then the morning of he showed up right on time with a smile.

The job itself was impressive. We have had our carpets cleaned before but he was able to lift heavy traffic stains that others didn’t. We also had a food stain that I had made many attempts to remove and no luck. He took care of it with no trace in sight. And the grout on the tile look better than I’ve ever seen.

Finally - his integrity with the pricing was most impressive. He could have charged more and I have not known any better. But he charged me a bit lower than what he quoted me on the phone initially. That honesty goes a long way with me.

The young man who worked on my gutters was very formal and polite. He went straight to work and got my gutters cleaned in no time at all. I was very impressed because it had been a few years since we addressed our gutters. When he was done he showed me his work and even made some great recommendations to keep the gutters working efficiently.
Everyone that I spoke to was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Master’s Window & Gutter Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning the gutters of my house. I am a renter and Kollin was able to provide recommendations of the services that MWGC offers including the installation of gutter sticks. He even discovered that a roof turbine vent was missing on the house and took pictures of it as well. Overall amazing service and would highly recommend! Thank you Kollin and MWGC!

Jonny did an AMAZING job!!!! If I could give more stars I would. He was on time, professional, friendly, did an excellent job cleaning my gutters and roof, and made sure my deck and walkways were cleaned when done.

Repeat customer. Great office staff, Danielle made it easy to schedule . Jon, who cleaned our gutters was fantastic. Gutters sparkle and after the green waste was filled,
all excess leaves were bagged for our easy removal. Left our yard cleaner than when he got there. Thank you.

I have had Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning wash my windows inside and out and they did a masterful job promptly and efficientally! I will schedule them for Spring 2026 window-washing soon after the First of the Year! Additionally, I had Master's install Christmas lights this year and Malachi and Joshua did a wonderful and prompt installation and I'm ready to turn them on in mid-November! Master's did a great job cleaning my gutters. Took one downspout apart to remove the clog, cleaned it and put it back together so it worked properly. Kameron was friendly and did a very nice job for me. I would definitely use them again.

Very good experience. Gutters were cleaned and pictures were available. Comparing this experience with another company last year, I would give them more than 5.

Great service. I got my gutters cleaned by them. They took pictures of before and after and sent me an invoice and gave me quotes. The pressure washing is a little out of my budget right now, but I may consider it later on. They are cheaper gutter service than some other local gutter places.

Service rep Geo arrived early, was courteous and worked quickly. He noticed a downspout was cracked and leaking, so he temporarily patched it with duct tape at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Master’s Window & Gutter Cleaning.
