This was a home warranty water heater call. I was so suppressed to be called back with in and hour of placing the services call. Even more supersized that they would be sending a tech over the next day. If it was for the long weekend they would have replaced my water heater the next day. John was our professional plumber. He notified us he was on his way and on time great guy. I would use Crown for In and out of warranty service.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater and have a home warranty. Crown Plumbing was assigned the job through the home warranty service. It took 4+ visits to get our new hot water heater installed, as the technician, Richard obviously was not knowledgeable on how to complete the install (this was confirmed by one of the owners). We were informed we needed to have a GFI installed and had an electrician out to install. Then upon Richard's return visit we were told it was not done correctly and needed installed outside the garage: After having the electrician out for a 2nd time which included an additional charge, the outlet was installed outside of the garage. Richard came out again and we were told it was still not done correctly. Had there been clear communication on what work was needed, we would not have incurred two unnecessary charges for electrical service. Upon the install of the new hot water heater, ( by a technician other than Richard) we are not getting hot water for more than a few minutes to the upstairs shower, tub and faucets. Our home warranty assigned another plumbing company to check our valves to make sure that was not the problem ( Crown Plumbing thought it might be the issue). The other plumbing company concluded the issue was with the new hot water heater.
Richard from Crown Plumbing came out today and never let me know he was here and never came into the house to run the shower or faucets to see what the problem was. He reported to his company that he was at my home and ran the hot water and everything is fine. How do you assess an issue without communicating with the homeowner or come into the house? We still do not have hot water for more than a few minutes and Crown Plumbing has failed to resolve this issue. It has been over 5 weeks and our issue is not resolved and we still do not have hot water for more than a few minutes. We were charged an additional $1068 by Crown Plumbing for additional parts and labor and we still do not have a hot water heater that works properly. We are very dissatisfied with the lack of service provided by this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

John, the plumber was excellent! He was professional, knew what he was doing. He just did a wonderful job on installing a very difficult hot water heater. I will be giving his name and Crown Plumbing to all my friends snd business partners!

We Needed urgent repair to water supply line to toilet. to our relief, Crown Plumbing sent someone that day. The replacement of the valve was more complicated than expected so John stabilized the problem and had to come back the next day and repaired the problem quickly and effectively. The experience was exactly how one would want to have a plumbing problem repaired. We would definitely call Crown Plumbing first.

We had used Crown Plumbing in 2017 and was very satisfied with how quick the response to our urgent need was met. Alex was the technician and was very professional and was able to identify the problem.
When we had another issue with water leak I requested Crown Plumbing and Alex again.
Same as before, on time, professional and capable. Quickly identified the problem and fixed the problem.

I had a broken outdoor faucet that wouldn't turn off. I looked for a handyman type on-line but decided on Crown Plumbing, which was five star and in the neighborhood (I haven't had that good of luck with "handymen"). A technician arrived within an hour but did not have the proper part. He left, acquired the part, and then installed it in less than an hour for the quoted fee. The work appears to be excellent. I will call them again next time I need plumbing service, which I undoubtedly will.

Highly recommend Crown Plumbing!!! I was in a pinch with water heater vent that had to be fixed. I called them, within 2 hours shows up, left in 1 hour, no issues at all. My house was outside of their coverage area but showed up anyway

I believe our technician was Robert, but I am not so great with remembering names. He was fast and knowledgable, I’d recommend Crown to anyone. Ours was a home warranty call for potential water damage, and a leaking sink. The sink was fixed quickly, and we were able to determine that the water marks on our ceiling were not from active leaks. Very relieving.

I really like this company. I first met with them through my home warranty when the first people they sent out failed to do the job right or at for that matter. The first tech the sent out found some roots under my toilet so he called owner Walter. Walter came out a d shot it really to on what it could take and how much to fix the problem. He was awesome and worked with us as we are not rich and have 3 kids to care for. He told me he would come back and camera the pipes when the worker was there so I could see what they see no games. Then Patrick came out and he was AWESOME he did what he needed to do and Walter did come out like he said he would and we camera's the line and it wasnt as bad as it look and they were able to fix it without tearing up my concrete. Patrick put it back together perfectly. My toilet sits flush with the floor (it wobbled a little) and it works GREAT!!!! To top it all of Walter walked around the outside of my house with me and I showed me where i show put root killer and thing to help prevent this from happening again. I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You guys are AMAZING

Crown Plumbing was assigned to us by American Home Shield warranty. After the initial contractor failed to make an appt.

I don't recommend this company.

I used this company a few month ago due to really pin hole in a pipe which leaked from the wall. When I talked to one of staff, I asked them about diagnostic fee and was heard there was no fee for diagnostics. So I met one guy who assessed leaking and gave 20,000 dollar estimate. It was verbal estimate. I declined their service. After that, they still sent me invoice which I didn't care, but I got the call from that company today afternoon. Since I didn't pay 149 dollars for diagnostic, they will go over collection. I explained situation when I talked to staff, but the staff didn't care anything else. The reason why I remember about no diagnostic fee, I asked all of companies I contacted about diagnostic fee before I have them in my home. If they said no diagnostic fee, I made a schedule with them. Even though this company said no diagnostic fee, they still charged diagnostic fee. I tried to make a deal (75 dollars), but they didn't respond.

Since I don't want to go to collection due to 149 dollars, I just paid.

I strongly don't recommend this. They got 149 dollars from me and they will lose more customers.

Don't use and trust this company.

Absolutely great experience with Crown Plumbing. Had a leak from my sink and couldn’t figure where. John from Crown showed up (they alerted me by text when they were coming) and figured out the problem. He went to work and fixed it in about 25 minutes. This is the first time I needed a plumber to my house and will be using them from now on!

I contacted Crown Plumbing to fix a leaking 9 year old Price Pfister shower valve.  They told me they would charge $250/hour.  Later, they told me they could not find the valve replacement part locally.  After several days of the shower being inoperable, they gave me an $1800 estimate to replace the entire Price Pfister shower fixture with a Delta fixture.  They spent a total of 3.5 hours on my property over a several day period.  I expected the actual bill to be under their estimate, but they charged me the full $1800, and when I asked for the work to be itemized, they told me that they charge a flat rate for this type of work.  I believe they upsold me on the new fixture because I don't know anything about plumbing, and I'm a senior female.  But not only did Crown Plumbing upsell me, but they charged way over the going local rate for a shower fixture replacement, and took 5 days to complete 3 hours of work.  I have learned from this experience, but seniors and women should beware of this company.

I was in a panic because I was taking care of my brother who was recovering from hip replacement surgery when the one toilet in the house overflowed. Crown Plumbing rearranged schedules to get someone out as soon as possible. They found the problem and took care of it quickly. I was very happy with my experience with this company.

Crown was professional when they showed up within 2 hours of me calling. We only have one toilet for our business and they came right over and fixed the issue. I would even use them for my house if needed (hope not but you never know). I will recommend them and give them 10 stars if possible.

We used our home warranty and they sent out a different company who left my bathroom a mess and the sink still clogged said they'd follow up and never did after almost a week. Called home warranty and they sent out Crown Plumbing.

They were timely, profession and my bathroom wasn't a disaster after they were done. Best of all my sink works.

Crown is not what I expected but in a very very very good way! They are professional, from the initial service call to the finish. Got a call about an hour after placing call from the service tech to discuss what was going on, so he could better understand the problem before arriving. Text message from them 30 minutes before arrival and done in 45 minutes. Oh and they landed under the estimate. Would definitely use them again when needed.

Excellent company! Responsive and caring team. From start to finish, our leaky water heater disaster was made bearable by Crown Plumbing of Sacramento/Fair Oaks. Walter, came to our home on an emergency call on a Saturday to help us mitigate the crisis of a flooding and potential damage situation. He secured our water cold supply to hold us over and assisted us in getting on their schedule for a prompt replacement appt. The company knows all the regional and specific codes of the various cities of the Sac Valley and made sure we didn’t run into red tape or delays with our home warranty company. The communications by Kristi were prompt and reassuring thruout the entire process. Robert, a very experienced and talented plumber at Crown came as soon as possible with an excellent product and all new valves, hoses etc. His installation service was impeccable and his professional manner and technical knowledge reassured us. Our sewage had issue that had clogs causing dirty water flow back up. John and Patrick were really professional and due diligence. They made fast work of the repair, and went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot, analysing, gathering video, photo reports and resolved the issues.

I have had some pretty bad experiences with plumbing companies in the past. But Crown Plumbing was superb, especially the plumber, Michael Harris. He was excellent - fast, efficient, professional and friendly. He encountered difficulties but overcame them quickly and thoughtfully.

The company responded right away and sent him in a timely fashion and immediately followed up.

Highly recommended.

I had a leak and Crown was able to get someone out in hours not days. Richard did excellent work and fixed it quickly. He explained everything as he went along and now it is fixed properly. I will call again when I need a plumber.
