I've been a loyal customer to Ferguson for years, consistently shopping at their Orange County locations. However, my experience at the Carson store was a complete disappointment. The staff behind the desks were completely unhelpful and made me feel like I wasn't worth my time. Despite being one of the last five customers in line, it took over an hour to check out and pay. What's more, they seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. Needless to say, I'll never set foot in this Carson store again. In stark contrast, my Westminster location provides exemplary customer service - a far cry from the joke that is the Carson branch.

The customer service is decent. However, retail pricing for components can be steep. If you're looking for a cheaper option, consider shopping elsewhere like Home Depot or Lowe's, or even online. In emergency situations where specialized parts are urgently needed, there isn't much else to do.

This company's customer service is atrocious, with cashiers displaying an appalling attitude that makes it feel like they're not even trying. It's clear they'd rather be anywhere else, which is frustrating for customers who just want to buy supplies. Management needs to step up and address this issue - it's unacceptable. As a union member, I expect better quality, but unfortunately, my experience here falls far short of that standard.
