We here at Fast Cars Ltd. have been with Sky View Maintenance Inc for the last 5 years. We have had the same cleaning crew for all of these years who go above and beyond each week. The price we pay for having service 2 times a week is incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this company and you will wish you would have found them sooner!

At our dental practice Sky View has done an amazing job of keeping our floors cleaned and polished regularly at a very reasonable price. They are thorough, always come on time, work hard and are mindful of our sensitive equipment.

Sky View Maintenance has serviced our headquarters office since October 2023. Sky View cleans our office nightly during the week. They have always been very dependable, and we have been very satisfied with their work. Sky View also provides additional services for us as needed. For example, they clean all glass in our building, both inside and outside, at least twice a year. They also provide carpet cleaning service for us as needed. Basically, Sky View has been able to help us with any service related to maintaining our building. Anytime we need anything, or if we have any questions or concerns, Sky View is always quick to respond. We feel like we get very personalized service and attention from Sky View. In fact, we like their service so much, we have recently started using them to clean our field offices. Overall, we have been very happy with Sky View.

Best decision I have made for my business. Our show room was dusty and smelly. We clean it regularly but i guess regular cleaning isnt enough. I hired sky view to make our showroom look and smell like new. They did such a wonderful job that we have even seen a boost in sales. We have had several walk in customers telling us how clean our showroom is and how it made them feel more confident hiring us. Only regret i have is not hiring them sooner. Dont take my work. Hire them and see the difference.

I made a appointment for 3/5/23 a MONTH and a half beforehand to clean my vinyl flooring. The week prior I called to confirm my appointment, the woman who answered said she couldn’t find my appointment and I booked with another company. Okay. I booked with United because I remember writing the name in my calendar. I called other places to be sure and finally called United back. The same woman answered and asked my address. I think I already gave it to you with my name the first time. She said she looked it up but obviously she didn’t because the second time around she FOUND my appointment. Lol
The day of, today, my scheduled appointment was from 12-2pm. The SAME woman called at 11:33am to say, we dont have a technician for wood flooring. Huh? Do you mean vinyl flooring 😠? Wow. Then goes on to say, we dont know when we will have another technician available. So I say, “I just moved all my furniture for nothing?”
Pretty much, yep. No apologies, nothing. Chipper as ever she says, Have a great day. And hangs up.
