The owner is super amazing willing to answer all your question and his prices are absolutely amazing affordable and will bend over backwards to help when I was in a jam .

A great mom and pop shop full of product, advise and referrals if they don't have the product in stock they will point you into the right direction to get it

This is not the location. I called and the guy told me they do electrical work. Misleading ad.

I called them to come pick up a washer an dryer they told me they would come that Friday an would call me when they were on their way nobody called nor did they show up an I still haven't heard anything from this Co. It's been 3 wks sense they were suppose to have come out

I strongly recommend this company! I went to saucier appliance on hwy 49 and they were just weird. I decided to go somewhere else. I had heard from a friend about bond appliance and liked them a lot.

Bought a used washing machine there. Came with a 90 day warranty. Very nice people. Been quite a while now and washer is working great.

Spoke to Bond Appliance 3 different times to set up dropping off my washer. I got my brother in law to borrow a trailer to transport it for me. After he got it down to them, they said they don't work on front loaders. I'm very disappointed that this wasn't a question they asked in any of the 3 conversations I had with them prior to arranging all of this transportation.

Personal I think the people was really nice but I don't agree with there policy's.if I pay 97dollars for a part and if that part has to be returned for what ever reason I should be refunded for what I paid for, not being offered 75 on a 97 dollar part or wait the six weeks for the full refund.

I've always gotten good service from them. I bought a dryer three years ago that just ago that just went out. I got another one and they hauled away the old one despite the fact that the person who looked at it left it in pieces. Thank you Conner

Staff were nice, although I did have to stand around waiting for about 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, as the staff was having a casual conversation with a friend.. Other than that, they helped me find the right part and I fixed my lawn mower in a snap!

Extremely over priced parts. Their prices were 2-3 times higher than local competitors and online prices. Ended up driving to pascagoula to get a whole dryer kit which included belt, front bearing kits, and all the slides for 52.00. Was quoted 60 just for the belt, 32 for 4 plastic slides, and 80 bucks for the bearing kit. Was helpful identifying the parts needed but ouchie on price :-(

From the get go Crystal was straight up, honest and very helpful. Her knowledge of how to fix my broken stove was invaluable as it saved me a lot of money by not having to buy the wrong part or hire someone to fix it for me. She led me step by step over the phone. I will be using this business for all my appliance parts and repair needs and would suggest you do as well.

Our dryer went out so we called around & they had the best customer service & warranty! They gave us a discount bc we brought our broken dryer in & we were able to get a great used dryer very inexpensive!!! They were super nice & answered all of my questions with no problems or attitude!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used appliance or having one fixed by them!!!

Appreciated having someone to pick up my dryer that Lowe’s would have charged $40 to haul off. Will definitely contact Bond if I need appliance repair as they were professional and quick to respond.

I would absolutely recommend them above anyone else. They worked me in and fixed my washing machine. They are family owned. That doesn't always mean they are the best, but in this case they are! Down to Earth, honest, very competent and every other thing that implies!

They are an amazing family owned company. They go above and beyond and are so sweet. I never have any issues with any of the appliances they have worked on. Would definitely recommend coming here. They even sell used appliances for a very reasonable price!

Completely disappointed with this place!! We've been dealing with them for the past few weeks. We gave them a perfectly good washer and dryer for a trade to fix the new washer bc it was having spin problems. The first time they kept it for only a few hours, saying that they changed the lid lock. We get it home, and it only worked for a few days. Then the same thing happened again. So we took it back to him. This time he kept it for 4 days, and when we got it back nothing was done to it!!! It still didn't work!! He stole from us basically by taking the washer and dryer and not fixing our washer!! He's got a price tag right now on the dryer we gave him making $150 off of it!! We figured out on our own that the problem was broken solder joints on the control board, which he probably knew about but didn't want to fix!! It's sad that a supposed specialist of washer and dryers didn't fix the problem for us and couldn't be honest about it!! And kept my perfectly good washer and dryer!! I will tell the world that this place is a scam!!
