These guys really took care of us! We had a slab leak and had another company come out who was completely off from where the leak was so we brought them in as a second opinion and they nailed it! Jamie from City Water Conservation came out last week. He first gave me a lot of helpful suggestions on the phone to check for leaks myself.
When those didn't work, I had him come out.
It turned out I did not have a leak. I was going to have him put in a smart leak detector but could not not get it to sync with my phone. I'll have him do that when I get a new phone.
He checked out my entire plumbing and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I highly recommend Jamie and his company.

I had a water problem at my house and my insurance company called this company out to find the leak and diagnose the problem. Colin showed up and explained to me what he was doing and was able to find where the water was coming from during his leak detection. He was professional and nice and got the job done. I actually have called him back to do some basic plumbing for me as well and he was very affordable and got back to me right away to fix my other problem. I highly recommend this company.

Jamie did the install of flo leak detector at my place (as well as my neighbor's place). He is very nice to deal with and is prompt in responding to my messages. He arrived on the day of install, spent a good amount of time to get the installation right. The leak detector he installed saved my neighbor a lot of money when it detected a pipe burst (while he was out of country) and shut off the water supply. I would strongly recommend him and his team for your plumbing needs.

I had a tricky leak situation that had hard time determining the source of leak. Owner Jamie and Collin have been very kind and helpful. They patiently went over all of my questions so I knew what was going on and what to expect. On the day of repair, they showed up exactly as scheduled and did great job!
