This is the best service you can get when needing repairs and maintenance for your refrigeration equipment. Will is very responsive, sometimes even comes the same day for certain emergencies i’ve had. We have been getting his services many years and we won’t have it any other way.

Will is an absolute weapon. He has serviced several pieces of kitchen equipment and refrigeration for me. His service is top notch. He arrives within minutes of when he quotes you, and gives you updates when he is en route. With each piece of equipment, he takes the time to explain all options, and sometimes the best option is to replace. I really appreciate that he doesn't drum up band-aid work on equipment just to see it live out its useful life in short order. Will is the consummate professional and highly skilled in his field.

Will was super responsive , called him at 2:20pm on a Sunday and was at our location by 3:00pm working away on the solution and was done in 3 hours and our ice machine was back up and running . He’s explains all the details of his work and follows up to make sure everything is running properly . I will use Will for all my ice machine maintenance going forward . I’d high recommend him

Top One Equipment Care is hands down the best when it comes to restaurant equipment maintenance and repairs. They are fast, affordable, and above all, honest. It’s rare to find a service company you can fully trust, but with them, I always know I’m in good hands. Highly recommended for anyone in the restaurant business!

They do not respect their warranty. Initially they mentioned that the repair is under warranty for three months. But we had issues with our appliance (Bosch microwave + oven) within 2 weeks of repair. When I called, initially they will keep making excuses like mechanic is coming today but ran late, part is not available and all other things. After a few days they stopped answering phone calls from my mobile. Unprofessional.

Alex started with my Theramdor stove. After months I called again maintenance completed on my dryer and a new electrical panel was installed in my Dryer. Best service, professional and really reasonable prices
