Made an appointment, the company gave me a two hour window. At the end of the two hours, I had to call and ask where the plumber was. I was told they had something come up and it would be another hour. I figured fine and went to grab a bite to eat. They called while I was driving to say they had a tech ready. By the time I got home and called back, they sent him somewhere else and told me I would have to wait at least ANOTHER hour. Don’t use this company of your time is valuable! One star for wasting my entire afternoon!!

We had a kitchen plumbing emergency the night after Thanksgiving. We found Bill's info on the internet and phoned him at about 5pm; he was able to come and fix our sink and drains the very next morning at 8am. He was prompt, professional, skilled and quick! Within 30 minutes, he had everything back in order. Thank you Bill!

Mr. Kollias was wonderful. He arrived in 30 minutes, on a Sunday no less, and fixed my badly clogged bathroom sink in about 30 minutes. This was in spite of the fact that I had made it worse by trying to fix it myself. He then went on to fix a problem with a toilet flapper that I told him about after he fixed the sink. Both problems were fixed for the amount he initially quoted on the phone for just the sink. Mr. Kollias is very professional and lovely to deal with. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a plumber. I'm a very happy customer!
