Got a quote from a very Kind Service man, Lewis. I would recommend him in a quick minute. I’ll have to wait to proceed due to my $$ situation! Seems they just raised prices! Minus 1 star reflects the quote not Lewis - he’s a 5 star guy!

Castroville plumbing showed up on time, they checked my shower leak by opening a whole in my ceiling , they informed me that the show need to be replaced. I kept calling Castroville for a week after to follow up and every time I call , Kevin answer and informed me that they will submit the estimate to the insurance company, I kept calling the home warranty and they said we did not receive anything from Castroville. Finally I put them together in a conference call to see where is the missing ring!! after that I did not hear anything form Castroville until today, it been the most worst experanice with a plumbing company to leave me without shower(they disconnect my shower) and they did not even cleaned after work. also I had a stoppage in the other bathroom, they claim that they did it( I was in a meeting) and once they left my kids said the tub still blocked and need to be fixed. very bad experience and I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Castroville Plumbing was assigned through our home warranty company. They came out on two occasions to resolve a long time recurring issue and we were very pleased with their work. Very polite, professional, clean, and friendly.
