I chose 2 stars because the initial water mitigation that I needed was done quickly, and they came within 2 hours of my call. However, there were a lot of things I was disappointed by. Most of the service visits were unscheduled (despite asking 3 times). The paint match on my affected areas is poor and will need to be redone at my own personal cost. They left dust and debris all over the affected areas despite claiming to “leave it the way they found it.” At this point I have been waiting weeks to hear about when my ripped up carpet will be finished, with no end in sight, and even after I will still have to fix things that were not done to the standard I had hoped for. The water mitigation was quick, and they seemed to do a good job of saving me from more damage, but the repairs process has left me wishing I went elsewhere. In addition I had trouble with the fact that edits were made to my contract after signing it. I understand they did so to make contacting my insurance easier for them, but I wish there had been more honestly and communication instead of just altering the form without my knowledge. The photos included are taken after I was told to review my completed service. The photos include the carpet still stained and not secured back to the floor, the poor paint match they completed behind my laundry machines, the holes they left screwed onto my side wall of my garage and the white stains left behind from their drywall repairs. The water mitigation was no issue, but the repairs left me very disappointed
