We have had four jobs done by Sergio and his crew. The first was foundation work on our 115 year old house and garage, framing a 16 by 18 foot wood patio cover, several hundred square feet of pavers in back yard, and landscaping of our backyard (shown in pictures on website).
In all projects we were very much impressed with how well the projects were managed. Sergio came with all of the equipment and supplies to complete the job so there is no wasted time. His knowledge of construction cut out all of the time spent trying to figure out how to get the job done right and quickly. Building permits were approved the first time. The last job was the landscaping of the back yard which was done in just five and a half days. This required scraping the old weeds from the yard, rototilling all of the yard (about 5,000 square feet) putting in over 400 feet of irrigation pipe in seven valves, and over 50 sprinkler heads, laying 1200 feet of sod, and installing 175 plants and trees. The nearly overnight transformation of the yard was amazing.
Great construction, hardworking employees, work done quickly, and everything cleaned up at the end of each day. We are planning more projects for Sergio and crew. If my wife is happy, you know it was done well.
