Mike completely engaged with my situation and request, and explained why some of my assumptions wouldn't work out, giving examples from his long experience. We came up with the final design together.
His team was efficient and delivered a result I love. When one of the hinges started to squeak, he came to check it out and arranged for a replacement from the manufacturer.

Over a year later, I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to friends or family.

Mike has amazing customer service and attention to detail! They were so careful with everything during install and treated my home like it was their own! Highly recommend!!

Mike is awesome. Great to work with and has an eye for detail and precision. He's not your typical contractor and our master shower came out great!

Just had Integrity Shower doors install our new doors to finalize our bathroom remodel and wow does it look fantastic! They did a great job and for a reasonable price. Install time would had been faster except we got Covid. It was such a relief to deal with professionals who did a careful and clean job. Highly recommend.

Fast response -friendly in home estimate! Takes pride in his work and quality is excellent! Good old fashioned service! Love it

This is the 2nd time we've hired Mike for a remodel. I had completely lost his contact information following the remodel of our primary bathroom in 2020 but we were so pleased with his work on the shower glass in that room that I scoured every receipt, email, invoice, and scrap of paper with notes to find him for our guest bathroom remodel.
He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with! I wanted a single glass panel for our guest bathroom but he convinced me that the space was too small and water would get everywhere--and he was right! While on vacation I stayed in a hotel room with a single panel shower of roughly the same size, and water got all over the walls and floor of that hotel bathroom. Super grateful he knew better and now we have a beautiful shower that keeps the water in.
Stop shopping for contractors and hire Mike--you will not regret it!

Edit -- I broke the plastic guard affixed to the shower with a towel and Mike came out and fixed it for free. Thanks Mike!

Mike has now done two shower doors for us, one of them was a custom frameless enclosure which is absolutely beautiful. His work is flawless but most importantly, his customer service is top notch. He arrived on time for estimates and both jobs. He is very knowledgable in what he does and honest as well. Thanks so much for your outstanding workmanship!!!

I was looking for a shower glass door vendor for two bathrooms and am so glad I found Mike from Integrity Shower Doors. He is very responsive, has great follow-up and customer service. He shares his knowledge and more information than you ask about, which is very helpful. He spends time to talk to you and to understand your needs, unlike some other vendors. He hasn't come out yet to install the glass, but I wanted to write a review based on my experience with him so far. I'll update my review with photos when the installation is complete in a few weeks.

We got a few estimates for shower doors and were very happy we found Mike at Integrity. We got an estimate on Saturday and on Wednesday our shower door was in. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work and he was very comparable in price. The best thing is that he recommended special glass that would keep my white shower from having the green tint regular glass would have.

Doing another guest review for my mom, and once again, am seeing this list for the first time.

Fast service: Speed still kills.

Made suggestions to fit our needs and discussed different options: Sounds like they are accommodating, patient, willing to provide wisdom as part of the deal, and have knowledge on a variety of avenues. All good things.

Kept me updated before install: I'm not sure what this means, but sounds like like maybe there were some delays, or maybe not, I don't know. In any case, they're communicative, and if you've read as many self-help books as I have, you'd know that's a good thing.

Beautiful install: You know what this means. It looks good.

Glad we contracted with Mike to install our shower doors. Not only was Mike responsive, but he answered our questions and was very thorough with the options we had. Install was great and clean. I would definitely recommend Mike for your shower enclosure needs as Mike is very professional and friendly.

Mike installed a frameless glass shower enclosure and door for our newly remodeled master bathroom. From beginning to end, Mike was very responsive, answering all of our questions and providing very helpful suggestions regarding the design and selection of the glass and hardware. We could not be happier with the final product. The quality is exceptional and the installation was perfect. We highly recommend him.

Great service from beginning to end. The product is also of very quality. I had a shower door and tub shield installed. Highly recommend this business.

Mike did a fabulous job on our frame-less shower enclosure. He was a fantastic communicator. Real old fashioned pride in ownership.
We especially appreciated how he went over and explained every detail regarding the different glass and hardware options.
Mike was in constant contact during the entire process, from coming out and giving us an estimate to scheduling the install and timely completion of the project. When he says he will be here, he was. He called even if he was going to be ten minutes behind schedule.

We can't say enough about how professional Mike conducts his business. His work is very meticulous and he is very detail oriented. He will not leave the job-site until everything is absolutely perfect.

We will definitely call on Integrity to complete our next job.

This should be your only stop for custom glass. I called a couple of places, and knew Mike was our guy. He was super professional and easy to work with. He was great at communicating and giving us updates throughout the process. Great customer service and pride in your craft seem to be hard to come by these days (at least what I've seen recently), but Mike knocked it out of the park. We love the way everything turned out and will be giving him a call again for any other custom glass projects we have.

5 Star, Highly Recommend! Extremely pleased with the quality and was on budget and timeline. Frameless shower glass looks great.

You can't go wrong with Mike. He is professional and his craftsmanship is excellent, highly recommended. =)

Mike is very responsive and professional. He provides a quality product and quality installation. I had him install a shower enclosure as part of my master bathroom remodel. I opted for the upgraded clear glass which came out amazing.

I called to get shower glass for our newly remodeled master bathroom. To say the shower glass was the icing on the cake is an understatement. Customer service was beyond excellent. Quote was honest, fast and fair. Upgrades were offered to give the ease of cleaning I was looking for. Install was just as easy. Very fast and efficient. I waited to write my review after a few weeks of use and cleaning. I have no regrets!!! If you are looking for customer service oriented company that's takes great pride in workmanship this is the right company.
