I wouldn't trust them with my money. They seemed dishonest from the start. Last year, after a quick inspection, they told me there were leaks and needed to add refrigerant - which cost $600. It took just 20 minutes to fix, supposedly solving the issue. Yet, here we are again just under 11 months later with the same problem still plaguing my unit.

Tech overcharged and wasn't willing to help me with fixing the heater for my elderly mother. When I explained our situation, he became inflexible, wanting an additional $1,000 just for installing a thermostat instead of fixing the existing issue.

They flaked on their appointments as badly as a French pastry loses its shape under pressure. The initial visit was supposed to take place between 5-7 pm, but no one showed. The next day's appointment from 3-5 pm also fell through, with the only redeeming quality being that the technician arrived right on time at 7:15. To be honest, I'd struggle to trust them to show up for a job if I were to hire them - which thankfully isn't the case.
