Over time, my old washing machine started making creaking noises on high RPM. This noise was so loud that scared my cat, neighbors - I had to close windows and doors during each laundry day. The first specialist, I googled, failed to fix the issue. Fortunately, my friends suggested me to call Andrew - he was so kind to come at the same day and check my washer. He managed to find the root of the issue pretty fast and found required items for repair in his huge inventory. I didn't expect that it can be fixed so easily. Thanks a lot! Andrey with AB Appliance Care Inc came out to fix my leaking washing machine today. He was very prompt and professional. He got right to the source and had the part available in his truck. He made sure everything runs well and even overloaded the machine to make sure no water came through. He also cleaned up the area and explained a few questions I had about my machine. The stress I had about this repair just evaporated :)

If you're looking for an appliance expert, seriously look no further. The details will follow below, but in short, this is the best appliance service company we have ever dealt with and Andrew is amazing. He really is an "appliance whisperer" and not only knows exactly what he's doing, but is also efficient, thorough and has a "can do" approach to solving what looks like an irreparable problem. Definitely reach out to them if you need appliance repair! The service call cost is in line with other companies and any ultimate repair cost might seem slightly high, but the quality of work you receive and the amount of money you save is incredible. I actually believe that based on reviews of other companies, we probably would not have been lucky in finding anyone else who would have tackled our repair, we would have paid much more, or simply come to the conclusion after wasting resources on a diagnostic visit that we needed to purchase a new unit. AB Appliance Care saved us from all of this! Stop looking and just call them.

Okay, now the details: We initially needed someone to look at the water filtration system on our refrigerator. They responded within 30 minutes of my inquiry for a quote and ultimately were able to schedule same day service (in the evening after work, accommodating our busy schedule!). When Andrew arrived, he was very professional and incredibly polite. Upon entering our house, he introduced himself and immediately put on shoe covers. He quickly identified the problem and had it solved in 20 minutes. We were convinced that we had purchased the correct filter, but not only were we wrong but Andrew had the correct water filter on hand - no need for a follow up call or waiting for a part to be ordered. He was also extremely conscientious of the work area and left it cleaner than it was when he arrived. Coincidentally, we had a dishwasher that we had pronounced "dead" just a couple of days earlier and had not yet been able to shop for a new one. We decided to ask him to take a look at it since he was here but honestly had no hope that it could be repaired... And this was absolutely the most impressive part of his service call. The door to the dishwasher had become stuck some time ago (Andrew discovered in the end it was due to a piece of glass). We yanked the door open which partially dislodged it. Rather than calling a service repair company right away, we worked around it, jerry rigging it to make it run until we could get around to getting it repaired. Of course we just ended up doing more damage until the door seal started to fall off and it eventually began to leak. To open the dishwasher, the door was literally half-way detached! We simply decided our procrastination meant that we would simply need to purchase a new dishwasher - a costly consequence given that the dishwasher was a Thermador. Andrew looked at it and was not in intimidated in the least. He explained that it would just take a bit of time but that he believed it could be fixed. A new door panel would have costs hundreds of dollars, but Andrew was determined to repair it. In less than an hour, he had it repaired, tested, and up and running. Given the state it was in, he actually repaired it fairly quickly - he definitely did not take advantage of us regarding time and even answered our questions about the dishwasher while working on it when we got curious about how he was going to fix it. He definitely did not shy away from needing to use some elbow grease. And you wouldn't be able to tell that it had ever been in such a sad state - it looks and runs just like it did when we first purchased it over 10 years ago. He also explained what to look for to prevent future damage. We cannot recommend this service enough and will be using them for all of our future appliance maintenance and repair needs (and as soon as problems arise!) because they have definitely earned our trust as loyal customers. I have a problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator which is more than 20 years old. Andrew was the technician. Very profesional, knowledgeable, very friendly, explain from the beginning what he will be looking for to find and fix the issue. He not only did the repair but he did make sure that there are no other issues since this is an old refrigerator. He also check on my dishwasher which was not working properly. Today, we had a pleasure of working with Kyle who worked on our DCS Stove. Not too many companies can handle this stove and Kyle spent hours, went above and beyond to fix the igniter. Andrew came at the agreed upon time and fixed the drain problem in our refrigerator, in less than an hour. He was very professional, and thorough. We're very pleased and happy we found out about AB Appliance Care.

My washer was not working correctly. The agitator would not work sometimes. I called AB at 9:30am and they had someone at my house by 11:30am. Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. An hour later he was back with the parts. He spent a lot of time making sure the washer was working perfectly, including swapping one of the old parts back in to make sure it was actually faulty. He also gave me a 3 month guarantee on the work. I was really happy with his work and I will definitely call them again if I need an appliance fixed.
