Chem-Dry Oasis Is great. I have had Troy come and clean my carpets multiple times. He is able to get rid of all the stains and make my carpets look like new! I have cats, and sometimes they mark the carpet in corners. Troy has special crystals or enzymes that he puts on the spot and that gets rid of the smell right away and stops any further incidents. We have used this company three times now and they always do a great job! Removed spots that I thought would never come out. Carpet looks amazing. I have used Chem Dry Oasis for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning for over 25 years. I love the great job the guy does every time. It was just like he said it would be and it dried fast. He also cleaned my tile and grout and it looked like new. The young man Troy has always been very pleasant and trustworthy. I won’t use anyone else!

Two thumbs up! Troy, the owner, was able to get me an appointment within the week that I called. He has a great work ethic and charges a fair price. I had him clean the interiors of a minivan and a four door sedan, as well as a bedroom carpet belonging to an Alzheimer patient. It was so worth it!! He was able to remove built up grime that I didn't expect could be removed - he totally exceeded my expectations about that! Everything he cleaned felt completely refreshed! Thanks, Troy!

I was very disappointed. The representative of the company came into our home to give us an estimate and refused to wear a mask.
I understand it's difficult to do hard work with a mask on. I had every intention of being out of the house when the work was actually being done.
I have lung cancer. My husband told him but it made no difference to him.
It's sad to think that he chose not to respect our needs.

It’s refreshing to find a person with integrity providing excellent service. We had a difficult carpet situation due to a power wheelchair. It was clear Doug worked very hard, and we are happy to say he exceeded our expectations! He is attention to detail naturally. Also, best estimate friendly and, professional.
