The best in many ways. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I went in looking for something that would do well in this area, other than cactus. Erin greeted us as if we were welcome, not as an intrusion as most clerks in some establishments. Erin then proceeded to tell us about plants that grew well in this environment and gave us a walking tour to show us each plant. I haven't seen this type of customer service since I don't know when! Thank you!

We went by Cherry Valley Nursery today on the recommendation of a friend. I must say I was quite impressed with not only their many selections, but their customer service was on point as well. The staff was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back.

This is my absolute favorite nursery. The staff is always phenomenal, they are affordable, and their plants are always well taken care if. I have never purchased a plant here and had it die either. They are always my go to!

I absolutely love shopping here for my plants. I have bought so many plants and trees at this nursery in the past. Customer service is always superb; friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I bought two Eden roses a week ago, which are harder to find. The rose selection is enormous and it's so hard to select because they are all so beautiful. However, I have been looking for asian eggplants, and bitter melon. To my surprise, I found a 6 pack bitter melon, but unfortunately, I needed more. I will be coming back this week since they have in new shipments weekly.

Great variety. Didn't compare prices because we like to support local smaller businesses. Service usually great, not so much this time. Hard time getting help, ended up struggling to get the big buckets on the cart myself. Tough with my elderly mom along worrying about her falling while I pushed the cart up the hill.

Went to another nursery beforehand because it was closer. Got a bad feeling so left & went to Cherry Valley instead. We were looking for an Orange Tree. David was very helpful & assisted us with determining the exact one to purchase. Great experience as always. 5 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I called in ahead of time to see if they had what I was looking for, and they did. While on the phone, they explained to me everything on the various variety of the plant I was looking for and how to care for them.

Because they answered every one of my questions, I went down there and purchased the plant I was calling about the same day. They went above and beyond and made sure I was setup and ready to go for when I did go buy the plant I was looking for.

Coming here was by far a better experience than going to the orange color themed big box store a few miles away.

Everyone at this nursery is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make sure you have everything you need to successfully grow the plants you by and they deliver the soil directly to your car!

Been to this Nursery the last couple of weekends and it's been my/our go to. Staff are very educated in this profession and love their work!
Cherry Valley Nursery takes very good care of their plants, and maintains a surplus in different varieties, especially in fruit trees!

I went to buy a Mexican Lime tree. They had exactly what I needed and the service was so good. These people really know the business they are in. My son loved it so much that wants to take his girlfriend there.

Great selection of California natives, native hybrids and native cultivars. The nursery stock is well maintained. A really nice retail nursery.

Was in search for a black tulip magnolia and this was the only place in my area that carried it (30 miles away). I came on a day where it was raining and then snowing and they were closing early. I was immediately impressed by their awesome selection but the one thing that will make me a repeat customer and tell all my friends and family about this place was Pedro’s excellent customer service. He showed me around the property and kept answering all my questions without ever seeming bothered or rushing me. Always kept smiling and kept braving the cold, wind, and snow. We were both soaked after spending an hour walking around outside. Because of Pedro’s knowledge and patience I ended up buying several more plants and trees than I originally planned. I will keep coming back here and would recommend anyone else and make sure to ask for Pedro!

Everyone who work here are so very helpful and amazing!!!!!!! Prices are reasonable unlike Moon Valley Nursery, who are mainly sales driven and aren't as accommodating because they focus more on who's really gonna buy that same day. The staff at Cherry Valley Nursery are very also very knowledgeable. Totally recommend this place.

I love the atmosphere. The plants are beautiful and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Great family, wonderful & knowledgeable staff. The BEST Nursery I've been to! They have workshops sometimes on weekends w very helpful info. They send out emails to there customers every month, on new plants etc that they get, what that months weather means for the garden & many other helpful tips. I absolutely love this place!

Great customer service. We were helped by a man named Ray who was very knowledgeable and patiently took the time to answer all of our questions, and we had a lot. Whatever they’re playing him should be tripled! Also, the nursery is very well laid out with many options to choose from. So glad we live close to this wonderful nursery.

Such a fantastic nursery. We worked with Linds to find the best roses to fit our requests and she was so patient and knowledgeable that we came back and bought 3 more the next day. Love the staff here. I've gone to them to buy my honeysuckle, wildflower mix, cat grass cat mint, sold, bird bath, and so many other things! The staff is very willing to let you pick their brains about all sorts of plants, even what we didn't buy from them! Very organized and plants are extremely healthy.

Love the variety of plants , the knowledge they have regarding the plants and most importantly they people there are very kind and helpful.

The nursery has a wide selection of plants and trees along with yard ornaments. The staff is very helpful and ready to assist in answering questions or in picking products. They also have a good selection of various rock and other ground cover materials. The prices are competitive and the plants are much healthier than anything you find at the big box stores.

Honestly best Nursery I've ever been to buy far. All staff was very polite and helpful, will be coming back here only.
