We scheduled to have the trees trimmed on our business property and on the day of J&J (Joe) showed up with his crew but then decided to leave so they could go “Make some money” do to unforeseen personal bills. They came back and trimmed our trees the next day, invoiced my company then demanded payment on the spot or a direct deposit the next day because they are having “payroll issues”. He continued to harass our business until they were paid via direct deposit 72 hours after the service was complete. This is not a legitimate business and unless you plan an paying them the moment they are finished I would stay away. They are not suitable for doing business with companies that work off of regular payment terms. Completely unprofessional.

Have had a wonderful experience and a year later the trees still look great and the cuts haven't grown in weird like other places did to my trees before I found J and J. So happy id use them again and again.
