My carpets were a real mess. Pet stains,from two large dogs. Mud dirt and lots more. This morning when I looked at them they are spotless and there was even an old stain that had been there for a very long time. Cleaned by others and never came out. It is gone he has also cleaned my windows. I recommend him 200%.

Andrew was able to get our carpet back to looking clean and fluffed up again. We are extremely pleased and surprised at how nice it looks now. We definitely recommend you try this company out.

Responsive, prompt, professional and friendly. Windows and mirrors sparkle and they did tracks and exterior window ledges that get really dirty from mow and blow. Missed 2 mirrored closets but no big deal. A little pricier than my last company who moved to Arizona.
Also cleaned 2 couches and 2 chairs that look like new, except for cat claw damage (beyond their control)!

Andrew cleaned our carpets and the tile in our restrooms. Everything turned out very good. One of the restrooms had old tile and grout stained black, after the cleaning the grout color was tan, the original color. So we knew that Andrew did an excellent job for us!

My carpet is about 40yrs old. Had my carpet cleaned a couple months ago by a different company. I saw no difference in my carpet when they were done. I thought it was because of the age of the carpet.

Andrew came by today from Guaranteed Clean to clean my carpet. I shared my experience with the previous cleaning company and had him look at my carpet. Andrew was very professional as he explained their cleaning processes and the steps taken to clean the carpet. Nothing like the previous company.

Andrew is nothing short of amazing! I am a real estate agent and the carpet in my listing realized some stains after an estate sale. With the home set to close within a week's time, Andrew was able to accommodate my timeline and cleaned the carpet the following day to perfection. We agreed that he would turn the central fan on to help the carpet dry and even returned the next day to turn the fan off. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by ensuring the property was well secured when he left. He is personable and hardworking. He provided excellent service at a very reasonable price.
