When our A/C unit died a couple of weeks ago, his team quickly found the issue. Because it required a full replacement, they wouldn't be able to get the parts needed right away. Instead of just leaving it at that, Kevin came back a second time to do a quick workaround temporarily to get the air running so that we could get through the next week while we waited. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could make it through the 100+ weather for that week.

For the actual replacement, Kevin and Ildy were very helpful in explaining and making sure we understood everything that needed to be done. His team even re-did some shoddy repair work from years before to make sure everything was set up correctly. The entire process was smooth and clean.

The entire team at Hunter's Heating was extremely patient throughout the whole process and never once did I feel any pressure or a salesman pitch. He presented all the options (along with his recommendations) and let us make whatever decision made the most sense in our current situation. I trust Kevin and his team with all my AC needs and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The service I received from Hunter's Heating and Air was exceptional!!! I called them when our Air Conditioning system wasn't working properly. I spoke with (Debbie) a pleasant dispatcher and told her my A/C problem. Within two hours of my call two service technicians were at my home fixing the problem (system was low on refrigerant a small motor had to be replaced) the problems were fixed and the technicians did a great job explaining the problem and then fixing it. My system is now working great. I highly recommend Hunter's Heating and A/C. Thank you for the great service!!!!

I am currently enlisting Hunters heating and Air to help fix my heat issue at my commercial office. Usually I would wait until job is complete for a review but they have been nothing short of amazing. As a new business owner I already have a lot on my plate, when my heat wasn't working it was a stressful time. I called Hunters and they came out quickly, after the problem wasn't resolved I gave them another call and they came out again. They answered all my questions and were always quick to respond to my text messages. They they have took it in their own hands to check the unit(even on days that I wasn't in the office) and even call the manufacture for me to get the issue resolved. A lot of other companies would have me do it and again as a new business owner it would have been even more stressful. I cannot stress enough with how above and beyond they have gone for me. I have found my new "go to" guys for heat and A/C services.

We had another company trying to rip us off by replacing our whole ac unit for $15,000. Kevin came and replaced the capacitor for a few hundred dollars! Be aware of salesman out there, but Hunter’s Heating & Air can be trusted!

We just got a new system installed and we are super pleased. Thank you to Leo and George for working on the hottest day of the week. They did an awesome job . As soon as they walked in , they were professional and considerate. They put on there shoe protection and layed out a walking pathway to protect my floors.
Kevin and Debbie were super informative because we asked a lot of questions and they were both patient and helpful.
They added a vent in my room, after living here for almost 20 years my room was the coldest for once. 🙌🏼
