Mr. Patio Cover exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The pergola was beautifully built and the craftsmanship really shows. From the back office to the construction crew, everyone was punctual, polite, friendly, and professional.

From my first call when I spoke with Aerial, Mr. Patio Cover has been a great experience. At the time of my consultion with Seth, I was initially determined that I would get three quotes, but I felt very comfortalbe from the begining with the plan and price, that I decided to sign up for my patio cover ( no additional consultations needed). I was kept informed throughout the process from the time my materials were ordered, to arrival of materials, to scheduling installation of my patio cover. The gentelmen Gregorio and Armando who did the installation were very professional, polite and kept us informed of a step by step process and confirmed placement of fans, recessed lights and electricl outlets before installation. They left the area very clean. I was a little worried about getting a aluminum patio cover and not wood but after a little research I decided on aluminum and I was so glad we did. It looks beautifull.

The guy on the other side of the phone, Hayden, was nothing short of exceptional. 🕰️ Super punctual to answer the call, incredibly professional and trust me, he knew his stuff better than anyone else! 👏 He was like a walking encyclopedia of patio covers! Plus, he was kind enough to patiently answer all the questions we had buzzing in our minds. There was no flinching, no impatient huffs, just pure customer service excellence from Hayden. 💼

Talking about the pricing, it was pretty convincing. Actually, it was too good to refuse! 🙌 So, yep, we shook rules of the business world and signed the deal that very same day. 🤝

And oh boy, aren't we glad we did!

Several thousands of dollars and didn't last 3 rain storms. Beware - you will need to have your patio cover inspected immediately after installation by a different licensed company to determine if poor quality installation from the third party subcontractors will result in future failures or you will be financially responsible for repairing the poor quality work. The subcontractors informed me they did not work for Mr.PatioCover as an employee. At that point you might consider hiring a completely separate company altogether to complete your project.

-Our patio cover is leaking where it was attached to our wood fascia. This is not covered by their warranty and a credit card is required before they will send out any technicians so they can charge you when they determine the problem is not covered.

-I did not get on the roof myself to inspect the installation job until later down the road when I noticed the problems. The installers butted the roof tight to the gutter in multiple locations which did not allow for water to run into the gutter, causing a backup of water on the roof. I had to dremel cut sections of the roof to create a gap for water to flow to the gutter. The 1" circular holes drilled into the gutter for the downspouts had metal burrs resisting debris flow, and were undersized to pass any size leaf debris into the downspouts causing a backup in the gutter. I had to cut the gutter holes larger and deburr the gutters myself. Again, not covered by warranty.

After using this company, I don't think I would use this company in the future or recommend them to anyone else based on the quality of the installation and the lack of warranty for the above mentioned problems. I will not be paying their $200 service charge to have someone come tell me the leak isn't covered. You can make your own choice, this is just my experience.

You will need to have gutters installed above the patio cover(not possible in my situation) as the presumed owner of the company states in his video that the cover is not designed to handle the water coming off the roof. If your roof sheds water to the cover, its likely to void any warranty leak claims.

So happy with my new Gable patio cover installed by Mr Patio. Everything was executed as promised. The workers were professional and the job was completed in two days. I highly recommend Mr Patio

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Patio Cover for a patio cover installation and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their work was top-notch. The representative who gave us an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The workers who built the patio cover were also very professional and efficient. They completed the job in a timely manner and the end result was even better than we expected. Throughout the process, the staff were always kind and provided regular updates. Overall, we had a very good experience with Mr. Patio Cover and we are extremely satisfied with their services. We can't wait to enjoy our backyard with our new patio cover! My Wife and I are extremely happy with the way our patio turned out and we Highly recommend Mr Patio Cover and team. Hayden came out to give me a quote, he was on time, went over all the details and helped me with the approval for the HOA. He was always fast to respond to any questions I had over text. It was a bit of a custom patio so Erik (Owner) Came out as well to confirm everything would go well and all measurements were accurate. Once the contract was signed it took less than a month for our patio cover to be installed. Laura took over after Hayden to keep me in the loop in regards to the ETA of the materials and to set up an installation date, all communication with Laura was done over text and was super easy and convenient. Installation date came around and Angel and Jesus showed up on time to do the Job. Great guys and they did an amazing job. After they finished they cleaned up pretty well and left everything as clean as possible. Over all great experience and amazing product from Mr Patio Covers. Don't hesitate to go with them.

During the build process we made a change to our order and they handled our request with absolutely zero concerns or issues. The day of the installation we were notified when the crew was picking up our patio material and that they were on their way. Absolutely dreadful… in the sense that I have nothing dreadful to say! Who does a demo one day and then comes back a couple days later to finish the install like clockwork? Rude! How dare they be so professional, kind, and efficient that I’m left with no complaints to gossip about. Honestly, I feel like these folks should be booked 24/7 just so everyone else can experience the same top-notch courtesy my family did. Five stars, even though they ruined my chance at a good rant.

We recently replaced our 30 year old wood patio cover with a cover from Mr. Patio. The process was smooth from start to finish. Hayden, our sales representative, listened to our ideas and requirements and knew exactly how to achieve them. The installation crew showed up on time, prepared and completed the project in one day. We absolutely LOVE our new patio cover! Our first experience with their salesman was thorough and informative. They know their stuff and leave no stone unturned. It seems like a lot of info coming at you, but it makes sense. All your questions are answered and nothing is left a mystery. You know what you are getting, which we appreciated. Their quote was reasonable and in line with other quotes we received, but you feel like you get more. We went with the insulated type and love the look of it. Plus, this company was able to get the height we wanted with the fewest roof mounts and posts. We have a tile roof and they know how to handle that material without damaging it. Also, the communication from the company is constant and quick. You know what is happening and when. The packets they leave you explain EVERYTHING. On the day of the installation, the guys were SO nice and made sure what they were doing was what we wanted. They knocked out the patio installation in rapid time and did an incredible job. The electrical guy did such a wonderful job tapping into the existing electrical and did not even need an ugly conduit. We appreciate it all and recommend Mr. Patio Cover to get what you want!

We just recently had our patio cover installed. We love how everything worked out. Salesman Hayden was awesome guy very knowledgeable and professional and addressed any of our concerns. They were upfront and gave ballpark pricing over the phone, which I really liked. Installation team was good and office assistant Ariel was nice and courteous. Mr. Patio Cover just finished install of a 36' X 10' patio cover that replaced the same on our forever home. The patio cover they replaced was a wall mounted 2"x2" lattice type, causing the back of our home to be dark and need to be replaced due to water damage regularly. It was replaced with a roof mount solid aluminum type that lets all kind of light into our home! The experience from Hayden our in-home sales-guy, to the three-man installer team led by Gregorio was incredible. I found them all to be professional, informative and well-versed in their craft. I am in the real estate development world and know a bit about construction > and this was a great overall experience. Didn't feel pressured during the sale and was super impressed with watching the cover being installed > these guys know what they are doing! I would say that if you are looking for a patio cover like I was, you should give Mr. Patio Cover a chance to earn your business. They did mine and I am grateful!!

Mr. Patio came and gave by far the best quote for demolishing and replacing my old Wood patio with an aluminum one. If they hadn't of been referred to me by a coworker I would have been skeptical. They came out and demo-ed the old one in a couple of hours then a week later installed a brand new one in just a few hours. Can't be happier with the service and quality.
