Absolutely dreadful… in the sense that I have nothing dreadful to say! Who does a demo one day and then comes back a couple days later to finish the install like clockwork? Rude! How dare they be so professional, kind, and efficient that I’m left with no complaints to gossip about. Honestly, I feel like these folks should be booked 24/7 just so everyone else can experience the same top-notch courtesy my family did. Five stars, even though they ruined my chance at a good rant.

For a patio install, we highly recommend Mr Patio Cover to my friends & family 😊👍🏼 We are so happy with our patio install, they have done a great job all around! From our meeting with Hayden to the crew who installed it was great, very professional & talked me through the entire process of their work. The installation of our ceiling fans, recess lights, light switches and outlet box was excellent and very neat work. The ladies at the office (Laura & Destiny) were nice and helpful with any & all questions we had. The Patio Cover team are All very courteous & friendly. We recently replaced our 30 year old wood patio cover with a cover from Mr. Patio. The process was smooth from start to finish. Hayden, our sales representative, listened to our ideas and requirements and knew exactly how to achieve them. The installation crew showed up on time, prepared and completed the project in one day. When finished, everything was clean and tidy. 100% satisfied and highly recommended Mr. Patio!

We absolutely LOVE our new patio cover! Our first experience with their salesman was thorough and informative. They know their stuff and leave no stone unturned. It seems like a lot of info coming at you, but it makes sense. All your questions are answered and nothing is left a mystery. You know what you are getting, which we appreciated. Their quote was reasonable and in line with other quotes we received, but you feel like you get more. We went with the insulated type and love the look of it. Plus, this company was able to get the height we wanted with the fewest roof mounts and posts. We have a tile roof and they know how to handle that material without damaging it. Also, the communication from the company is constant and quick. You know what is happening and when. The packets they leave you explain EVERYTHING. On the day of the installation, the guys were SO nice and made sure what they were doing was what we wanted. They knocked out the patio installation in rapid time and did an incredible job. The electrical guy did such a wonderful job tapping into the existing electrical and did not even need an ugly conduit. We appreciate it all and recommend Mr. Patio Cover to get what you want!

We just recently had our patio cover installed. We love how everything worked out. Salesman Hayden was awesome guy very knowledgeable and professional and addressed any of our concerns. They were upfront and gave ballpark pricing over the phone, which I really liked. Installation team was good and office assistant Ariel was nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Mr. Patio cover anyone.

Mr. Patio Cover just finished install of a 36' X 10' patio cover that replaced the same on our forever home. The patio cover they replaced was a wall mounted 2"x2" lattice type, causing the back of our home to be dark and need to be replaced due to water damage regularly. It was replaced with a roof mount solid aluminum type that lets all kind of light into our home! The experience from Hayden our in-home sales-guy, to the three-man installer team led by Gregorio was incredible. I found them all to be professional, informative and well-versed in their craft. I am in the real estate development world and know a bit about construction > and this was a great overall experience. Didn't feel pressured during the sale and was super impressed with watching the cover being installed > these guys know what they are doing! I would say that if you are looking for a patio cover like I was, you should give Mr. Patio Cover a chance to earn your business. They did mine and I am grateful!!

Mr. Patio came and gave by far the best quote for demolishing and replacing my old Wood patio with an aluminum one. If they hadn't of been referred to me by a coworker I would have been skeptical. They came out and demo-ed the old one in a couple of hours then a week later installed a brand new one in just a few hours. Can't be happier with the service and quality.

We are so pleased we decided to work with Mr.patio cover from the first contact they were easy to reach and make an appt for the quote. Their quote was very competitive and overall the best choice for us. They were able to order our product and set delivery/install date that worked with our personal schedule and were able to stick to the 1day install. The staff were very upfront with all the steps and communication was not a problem.

From the time I signed the papers to the end was a very easy transition. The tear down crew did a great job taking it down. The install team was excellent. The job went so smoothly and they did an excellent job.

Mr. Patio Cover was very efficient and prompt on whole process. Quality of the work is excellent and we are very happy with the result. Demolition of old patio took 1 day and installation 1 day, with no delays. Would recommend their work if you need a patio upgrade.

A coworker recommended this company, so I decided to give them a shot. I originally hadn’t even considered an aluminum patio cover, but after visiting their website I requested an estimate. Like any responsible homeowner, I also requested two other estimates. One company never responded, another clearly gave me the “we don’t want the job” price, and then there was Mr. Patio Cover.

Their sales rep, Hayden, came out to my home, assessed the space, and clearly explained the pricing and available options. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also received detailed documentation that explained the entire process step by step, which I really appreciated.

We signed in June and the permit was issued in November. While the wait felt long, the timeline was clearly outlined in the paperwork (up to six months), and the delay was due to the permitting process—not the company. Mr. Patio Cover kept me informed throughout and communicated consistently and clearly the entire time. By the way thank you to Laura, Noah, and Alex.

Before installation, a crew came out to handle some minor demo work. Once the permit was issued, installation was quickly scheduled. Gregory and his crew were fantastic—professional, efficient, and fast. Mr. Patio Cover even handled scheduling the inspections for me, which made the process completely stress-free.

The patio cover went up quickly and included electrical for lighting and a fan, which turned out great. The final result is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier.

Mr Patio has been by far the best contractor we have ever used starting from their sales person Hayden, who is very helpful not pushy at all all the way through the installers Sal and his crew were great answered all our questions were very professional at the end of the project. They cleaned up the whole yard picked up after themselves and we’re very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a patio cover. on top of all that their price was very competitive

Our family had a new patio cover constructed by Mr. Patio Cover, to replace our aging, older patio cover. Sal and his crew arrived on time and went over all the details of the job with me. They worked efficiently through the entire day, and the result of their work was amazing! We could not be happy with the look and functionality of our new patio structure. The whole process was a pleasure; from working with Hayden on the sales team, to Laura in the office (excellent communication), to Sal and his installation crew. We will most definitely refer Mr. Patio Cover to any of friends or family who are in the market for a new Patio structure.
