I was surprised that this company does not have any review. Tom and his son Mathew did a good job cleaning my carpet. I am very thankful for their professionalism and good price. My carpet look like new free from play dough and slimes spots. Thank you.

This is the best carpet cleaning I have EVER had. Tom came while I was at work, my boyfriend was home when the carpet was being cleaned. I came home from work and could not believe my eyes! I swear it did not look like the same carpet at all. Absolutely remarkable results. I had no idea that my carpet could look like that again it was so fluffy like it was new. I had my carpet cleaned last year by another company and it pretty much looked the same as before I got it cleaned, it was only a small change. I don’t understand how my carpet looks fluffy and new, but I’m so pleased with the results. I will never call another carpet cleaner. The price was good and the results where beyond my expectations. Thank you Tom!!!

TL;DR: very little work done in several days, expensive items “thrown out” even though we explicitly mentioned to not touch the area, gaslit for asking for reimbursement for missing items. shady business.

here’s the long version. i never write detailed reviews but this one i hope will save someone else the stress and headache from dealing with this company in the future. we have text receipts of all issues addressed in this story so as much as he’d like to deny or twist the facts here, we can always provide proof of communication.

we hired ECO via daniel several months ago to help deep clean our condo. the condo was vacant and all furniture was gone except a tv, tv stand and some small misc items. daniel came to do a review and provide a quote for the job, seemed like a nice guy and we had a good initial impression, so we agreed and paid the deposit for the work.

to summarize the issues we experienced once he started the work:
- initial estimate was 2 days of work, property owner stopped by to check after day 2 and virtually no work was done
- daniel asked for another day to do the work himself, we obliged
- discovered on walkthrough that expensive items in fridge that we explicitly told them not to clean out were “thrown out” but all other items that should have been tossed were still present in condo (sure buddy…)
- worker/middle aged son was seen riding mountain bike around the complex leaving garage wide open with some items we had begun to move and a collector car on display…
- another worker walked in front door after just smoking a cigarette causing condo to smell for several days after, showing lack of respect for our property
- we requested reimbursement for items “thrown out” but got gaslit for several months after with no reimbursement and being called “mean” for asking for reimbursement and being blamed for the whole ordeal

this was the most unnecessary stress my girlfriend and i ever needed and we honestly wish we could settle this in court, but we did not have wifi at our condo at the time so no camera footage of what happened in our unit. lawyer advised me to take the loss as we don’t have solid evidence of wrong doing, but hopefully this review will help save someone the headache daniel has caused us. please do your research - we discovered a bad review on the BBB stating he doesn’t pay his contractors, and he hires third parties to clean your residence instead of doing the work himself as we discovered through this process.

side note, hired a different cleaning service through a friend to do the same work, done in 4.5 hours with 2 people. *beware of this business.*

We wanted our sofa set and carpets cleaned as part of having the whole house deep-cleaned. Looking in Yelp, my husband found Environmental Cleaning Organization, LLC. We called and spoke with Pam who was very responsive and got us our quotes fairly quickly for the services we wanted.
Dan wanted to visit our house to assess the scope of the job. We discussed details of what we wanted and estimated how long the process would take— ours ended up being two days.
Diana showed up with her team and they did a fabulous job. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the interiors of the windows, dusted all the cleared surfaces including my blinds! My bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. They worked hard in getting all the detailed cleaning right.
Dan showed up on day two and worked on the carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was very enthusiastic and so focused on getting the job done.
We are so grateful and happy for all of the professionalism, great service, and friendly attitude that Dan and his team provided us.

I had a schedule for cleaning and I took a day off work because she didn't have availability in the weekend, she cancelled only couple hours before our schedule and never responded to calls or texts

Paid deep cleaning price for what was basically a weekly dusting. They also used my garbage bins for their own personal trash. Do not use.

First appointment they didn't show. I called after 1/2 hour. Andrew apologized. They over booked. Andrew offered a reschedule with a healthy discount so i accepted. 2nd appointment was a no show-no call. I will take my business elsewhere.
