I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Forrest was our Technician and he was amazing! He has super friendly service and is very knowledgeable in his craft. Dan came out the same day as I called--a Saturday. He arrived before noon, diagnosed the problem within minutes--showed me how he knew what it was and fixed it within an hour. Because my AC is more than 20 years old he easily could have convinced me to buy a new one, however, he took care of me as though I were family. This has happened every time I've used W.E.D.O. His other technicians are equally honest, timely, and the last one who came gave me options when I had a thermostat replaced. I went with the least expensive and he affirmed my decision. I'm so grateful to know these guys have integrity and can't recommend them highly enough.
