We had a great experience with Modern Era Builders. They were here for about a week and a half, showed up ready to work each day, and always cleaned up before leaving. They took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns along the way, which we really appreciated. The quality of their work and their work ethic really stood out. Jorge, the owner, was very professional and honest. He gave us real, helpful feedback on our design choices instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

Jorge and his team did a great job on putting my condo back together after major water damage destroyed half the house. The price was very reasonable given the amount of work done. Communication was great and I was informed every step of the way. They also were able to make all the repairs quickly which was important to me.
My full bathroom had been taken down to the studs. Modern era did a great job with setting the tub, reinstalling the vanity and plumbing, drywall, tiling, etc.
In the rest of the house they rebuilt custom cabinetry for me, installed vinyl flooring and tied it in to the pre-existing flooring, rebuilt a fireplace that had been all but removed, drywall, rebuilt trim, painted and I’m sure a ton more. Just picture your house being down to literally studs and now a full house again.
The work was very well done. I’m very pleased with everything. The pictures speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone I knew!
