These guys were a referral.I am glad that I used them and will continue to use them for any future junk job. They are professionals and very proficient in what they do. Best estimate I got from the 4 companies I called when i was shopping around. Very fast to respond and they will maximize the truck load to take as much load their truck can hold. I had three laundry machines and dryers, drywall sheets, dressers, and some bulky items and bags of bags of junks and hardwood flooring. I was thinking that they were going to charge me for two loads but they didn't. they broke down my items, cut the drywall sheets and make it fit saving me couple of hundreds. I needed a large grill removed so I called Junk Punch. Hector took my call and was extremely courteous and professional. We set up a time for about an hour later and he kept me informed of his arrival. When he arrived he knew where to park per my instructions and it took him about 10 minutes to load the grill in his truck. He then proceeded to clean up the small mess the barbecue had left. I assured him he didn’t need to do this but he insisted. Wow! It is refreshing to see someone go

We had an amazing experience hiring Hector to clean out a storage unit..We called him from Mexico ,sent him the address and unit # in Ca. and he went straight there, sent us a photo and a quote, which we agreed to, then proceeded to haul everything away that same day.. He sent us Timelapse video of the process and a photo of the clean unit..We paid with a credit card and a smile. I compared the cost of renting a dumpster to clear out my garage myself and the estimate Junk Punch gave me. I'm so glad I decided to let Hector take care of the junk removal. I was surprised to see that Junk Punch said they were open 24 hours…nonetheless, I called them early evening on a Friday to see if they were available during the weekend…and was able to schedule a pickup on Sunday morning! YAY! Hector was congenial and very quick to get the job done within a couple hours, including cleanup from any small debris remaining. He also had a lift on his truck which made it easier for managing heavy stuff. And they were lower in cost than some of the other places I reached out to! If you need a reliable person who is prompt in responding and gets the job done quickly, Hector is the person to contact. I had a horrible experience with a commercial business, and although they confirmed my appointment, they failed to commit to it.
