HOA wanted me to replace entire central air unit due to damages that left the fan blades exposed. *ALL BRANDS Air Conditioning and Heating* inspected unit and was able to replace Vent Cover and readjust the damaged top cover.

Steve educated and reassured me that the entire unit did not have to be replaced and restored the central air unit back to safe and working conditions. Truly grateful for Steve’s hospitality and for saving me thousands of dollars.

Steve came through for my stepmom in getting her central heating issue fixed. She thought she was going to have to wait til Monday for another contractor to come out that I was able to schedule for her, but Steve called me back even though I never left a message and offered to come the next day on Saturday. My stepmom was so grateful. Turns out nothing was wrong with the heater but the electrical outlet was faulty. Steve went above and beyond in service because instead of referring my stepmom to an electrician where she'd have to probably wait for who knows how long to get her problem fixed, he took a look at the situation and thankfully was able to fix it himself for her. Steven is the best! He was called out to my office yesterday and was able to come in on the same day. He called me before he was to arrive to make sure we were open. Came in very courteous and polite. There was some issues with this building but he never gave up, he found the problem and fixed our heater. If I could give him 10 stars I would. While staying in a short term rental we needed to get some repairs done on the heater. The property management company set up the appointment. Steve got in touch the same day and setup the appointment for the next day.
