We needed our water heater replaced ASAP. Mike was very informative and kind. He was there to replace it the next day. Courteous, professional, and punctual. He drained our old one, removed it and replaced a new one in less than 3 hours. 30+ years of experience and it shows. He is now our go to HVAC/plumber. Thanks for a job well done Mike!

100% recommend Primo Pumbling. Yesterday our hot water heater went out and after one DIY attempt we called Mike at 6am this morning. He was at our house by 8, finished up by 10. He was incredibly efficient, kind and took me though exactly what he needed to do. The price quoted over the phone was really reasonable didn't change even after Mike checked on a few extra things for us. Really good experience - we will definitely keep his information and would recommend to friends and family.
