I am writing to share a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with South Bay Pressure Wash. As the owner of a commercial cleaning business, I subcontracted them to clean a client's 12’ x 3' store sign in Chula Vista for an agreed-upon price of $200.

Unfortunately, the level of service was highly unprofessional. The company failed to show up on the scheduled date and did not respond to my follow-up calls or texts. When I finally reached the owner, Efren, three days later, he expressed dissatisfaction with the budget despite the prior agreement. Although I agreed to his request for upfront payment and had him sign a service agreement, he subsequently became difficult to work with, claiming he would only clean the letters on the sign and demanding more money for the full scope.

Due to this poor communication and lack of professionalism, I have requested a full refund so that I may hire another company. I would advise caution to any business or homeowner considering their services.

Ricky and the team are the best! They pressure washed our yard that had a lot of stains and could not be more impressed! Highly recommend giving the a call for any pressure washing needs.

South Bay Power Wash was prompt in arriving at the designated time. The staff wore shirts with the company logo. They were very meticulous in power washing my driveway and side and front walkway. There was a huge oil stain on driveway which is stamped colored concrete and they were able to remove the stain without washing out or damaging the concrete. In addition to removing all the stains on concrete their clean up processes were just as meticulous. They collected all water/reagents used as well as also cleaning up debris and leaves in area. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again

We use South Bay Power Wash to clean the sidewalks outside our Hillcrest store where food vendors and late night bar patrons leave their "mark". Ricky and his team have been very responsive and do great work.

This company is very professional and they offered military discount. The prover sent two very knowledgeable and helpful guys to take care of my home. They were personable and helpful making this a seamless experience. They arrived 15 minutes early for the job and were done in time for me to start my day in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs power washing services!

South Bay Power Washing Company did an amazing job, we are very pleased with their service. Staff are very professional and are great to work with, they arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner which was great. Their work was excellent! They were able to remove some stubborn stains from our driveway making our driveway look clean as if it was new concrete. We came back from a long vacation to find our compost bin covered in maggots. What A Bin did an incredible job, our bin is squeaky clean and it only took about 10 minutes. I almost never leave reviews but I am so pleased with this service, highly recommend!

Whatabin did a great job! Bins are super clean, were well handled, and everything was done very quickly, from scheduling through the website, to email responses, to the actual cleaning. I was really, really impressed. I cannot recommend them enough.

The only issue I had is that after signing up and paying through the website, no one (automated or otherwise) reached out to schedule the time the bins would be cleaned, or to let me know when to do what (like when to leave out the bins). I used the website to email them two days after I scheduled my cleaning, and someone responded in just a few minutes with the info I needed, so that was good. But I'd have rather had some kind of automated response or better heads up. The scheduling and when and where to leave the bins needs to be completely unambiguous and specific to the individual user, so some kind of automated message like, "We'll email you at this email within the next 72 hours to schedule your cleaning" or something like that would have been nice.
