We hired Vlad for our addition project (half bath, bedroom and a covered sunroom) job completed this August. Vlad is easy to work and took a lot of pressure out from us . He is very communicative and always very pleasant, also completed the project ahead of time and priced very fairly. We also hired him afterwards and he fixed and updated our front patio/ roof. Will hire him again next year on our driveway project. i am very comfortable to recommend him to any friends and family. thanks Vlad

Vlad and his team has done an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and floors. It exceeded my expectations 😊 he worked so well with the insurance company and took a lot of stress from me. I was super impressed about the quality of work, commitment, communication and speed of work. And the cleanup afterwards was also very nice. This project began under stressful circumstances, a major leak from an upstairs bathroom that caused significant damage to our kitchen and dining room. From day one, Vlad and Michael were communicative, patient, friendly, and incredibly understanding when things felt overwhelming to me. They were very present on the job site and took a deeply engaged, hands-on approach. I always felt comfortable texting with questions or concerns, and I never once felt surprised or blindsided. They were careful, thoughtful, and kept us fully in the loop at every step.

Their crew does beautiful work and treated our home with real respect. They cleaned up at the end of each workday and made it possible for us to comfortably stay in our home for most of the project… to the point where they honestly started to feel like members of our household. Our bathroom, kitchen, and dining room are now stunning, and the new hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous.

One thing I especially appreciated is that Vlad and Michael worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we were fairly compensated for the real damage. Because of this, we were able to make all necessary repairs with very little out-of-pocket cost, which made a huge difference for our family.
We live in a nearly 100-year-old home with lots of original details, and they took extraordinary care to match new finishes to the existing wood trim and character of the house. Their attention to detail and respect for the integrity of an older home really stood out.

They completed the project exactly at the prices they quoted; no surprises, no games. I always felt supported and genuinely felt like they were on my team. They never seemed to be looking out for the insurance company or themselves, just for us as their customers, in a very old-school, honest way. Customer service clearly matters to them.

On top of all that, they’re friendly, lighthearted, and a pleasure to work with. They treated our family with care and consideration throughout the entire process.

Great service provided by Vlad and his crew. They completely renovated the kitchen, put in new laminate flooring and new carpet, and painted. The property clean up was A+. Vlad is a professional and kept the lines of communication during the project wide open.

I have used Dan's services on several projects. Seems like there isn't anything he can't do! Plumbing, electric etc., and always does it in a friendly and thorough way.

Sadly Dan has ghosted me with an issue of a new AC he installed that had issues from day 1, from a leak to him installing an outdated system, so outdated that other companies refuse to work on it, I’ve tried to reach out to Dan but he has not responded, I was willing to pay him to fix it, now I’m faced with spending more money on a complete new system. Buyer beware!

This is an excellent service. Great work, & very friendly & honest .just had more work done. Made my home look new with excellent painting in my living, dining, & kitchen. Plus electrical work, and replacing all the baseboards. You can't go wrong if you hire apt homes services?

Saturday night my husband noticed the air-conditioner was not working! Oh no, triple digit numbers, 102 degrees! We called (At 11:30 pm!) and Aimee, the owner, had Dan at our house at 8:30 am the following morning! He needed to replace a part and drove all the way to Roseville, we are in South Sacramento, to pick up the part he needed. He was knowledgeable, personable and got the got done at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend him!!!

Excellent company. I’ve called them on multiple occasions. They’re always on time, complete the job usually in less time than they said it would take, clean up everything they do, and prices are very fair for the jobs they do. Dan has installed 4 different ceiling fans for me, repaired some drywall damage caused by a plumber’s error, caulked my shower, and worked on electrical issues outside. APT is my go-to!!

Dan and Aimee are excellent folks and I was blown away by the time, care, and attention they provided in the start and end of my bathroom remodeling.
