We had our water heater and plumbing work done by Tenario Construction and Handyman, and Manuel Tenorio did an outstanding job. He was very responsible, extremely informative, and truly professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and I felt confident trusting him in my home. I am very happy with the results and would absolutely hire Manuel again. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or handyman services.

Tenorio's Construction has done some great work for us on the commercial side of things! As a Commercial Property Manager with a lot of properties near and far in my portfolio I am only just as good as my trusted vendors in my clients eyes. With Manuel and his team on my side I know I never have to worry! Most recently we had a sever leak in a retail building that his team was able to address right away. His communication through the process and his comforting support to my tenant was greatly appreciated!

I recently needed new doors in my home so I contacted Tenorio's Construction and Handyman services. The price was fair and the explanation was very easy for me to understand. The workers were polite and professional, and cleaned up exceptionally afterwards. I could not be more happier with my new doors! Manuel Tenorio did an excellent job remodeling my upstairs bathroom from start to finish. We discussed various options and prices and selected a reasonably priced higher end materials option for the shower. Manuel listened to our various wants, and with his vast construction knowledge, we were able to decide on the best options on the remaing materials that met our needs. As always, his workmanship was top of the line. We are totally satisfied with our new bathroom. My brother was so impressed with the results he is hiring Tenorio Construction to remodel his bathroom to look similar to mine.

This was a great outfit to work with. Manuel is very knowledgeable in many aspect of the construction trade. We recently moved into a new home, and had several questions regarding the home, and some possible projects that we wanted to have done. He is a very pleasant and patient person to deal with, and had many good suggestions. The first thing that we wanted done, was to install a door between the main bedroom and the bathroom. Our new home has 10' ceilings and the opening to the bathroom was 47" by 9'. He suggested that we narrow the opening to accommodate a 36' x 8' door, and match the new door with all the other doors in our house. He did a great job, it looks great, and it's effortless to open and close.

We hired Tenorio Construction to install two shower doors on both of our newly remodeled bathrooms. Manuel had some great ideas that helped us along. The shower doors came out beautiful. They were on time,, very clean, and their price was affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and customer service exceptional - reliable, responsive, transparent, professional, on time. I was referred to Butch by a friend, and wanted a kitchen remodel and adjoining family room remodel. Butch and his crew were very helpful from the starting process and throughout, with communication, answering my questions on possible remodeling ideas I had, and offering options of things that could be done within the space. They always showed up when they said they would, which is important in taking on any project. They installed recessed lighting in the family room which there was none prior, and gave me options of the types of overhead lighting that was available. The kitchen remodel was a game changer for our family. A lot more functional space and is now a place where we can gather and still have plenty of space. Butch and his crew do great work and don’t half-ass anything on their projects. I’d use them again for any projects I have.

These guys are the very best! They communicate quickly and are incredibly responsive. They have a lot of integrity and follow-up exactly as promised. Their pride in their work is evident as everything is done with attention to detail. Bravo!
