Lucas and his assistant came out to provide an estimate for a replacement breaker panel and trouble shoot a problem outlet. Lucas was very personable, thorough and knowledgable. His cost estimate arrived later in the day and was well within an acceptable range. I would recommend him. Waiting for my husband to make the final decision on when to start this job as there are several other major repairs that need to be done as well.

Lucas did a great job replacing my old zinsco panel. He explained everything about the process, handled all permits and utilities and inspection calls, and had everything completed in one work day at the last minute for a reasonable price. Stucco crew came out next day to do a great job replacing all stucco. Thanks for everything Rooster Electric.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. They installed 24 can lights throughout our house and helped us with the layout to make sure everything looked just right. The lights they recommended dim beautifully and have a night light feature that we absolutely love. We also had other work going on in the house at the same time, and they were extremely flexible with scheduling to help keep the project on track. Communication was great from start to finish, they arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and were a pleasure to work with. Honest, hardworking, and friendly crew. We’re thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them.

I called made an appointment and stayed at my house waiting for them and they never showed up sii called them and the woman answered and I told her someone was suppose to be at my house between 1200- 1 pm but they never showed and she said oh that’s right. So I stated they could have called and been professional to let me know and she said well you can find another electrician. I told I would. Lacked any type of professional behavior.

Mr. Morris is very easy to deal with. He was prompt, professional and knew exactly what the problem was. I'm so glad a friend recommend him.

I am giving one 🌟 to Mr. Richard, because I made an appointment with him to give me an estimate about a ceiling lamp, and he did not show up. I called him and a lady answered the phone she said that she will call me back when she find out where he was and I didn't hear back from them. He wasted my time. I will not recommend him.

Mr. Morris was a very professional electrician. Found the problem right away. Showed up right away when I called him. Price was very reasonable and fair. Thank you for your excellent work and customer service.

Richard did a great job fixing the power going to our oven/microwave, and at a fair price! Also, very timely from when I called to when the job was completed!

My wife and I had an electrical emergency around 4:30pm a few weeks ago. We looked up electrician and and I called RME. I explained what was going on to Richard's wife who agreed we had an urgent situation. She said Richard would be at our home in a half hour. He was. Richard examined the issue, explained the problem and solution. So, about an hour after realizing we had an urgent issue we didn't know how to deal with and reaching out to RME the problem was solved. We also discussed some projects we want to complete and will be contacting RME to schedule. Very pleased.

After having some remodeling done, the GFCI outlet in the guest bathroom and the two outlets in the master bath that feed off of that outlet were no longer working. I asked around and was told I should replace the GFCI and, basically, how to do it without electricuting myself! I did, but despite taking pics of the way the original was wired, I got the wiring wrong. I called Richard Morris Electrical on a recent Thursday and Melinda helped assess the situation and advised how to prevent a fire hazard until Richard could come out to give an estimate. Though he was busy, he fit me in on that Saturday afternoon. During that initial visit, he was able to use the GFCI I'd bought and properly install it. He also checked the wiring for the new radiant heat under the new tile floor in the master bath and showed me the basics of operating the thermostat. Lastly, he assessed two other remodel projects involving electrical and was able to assure me the work was effectively done. All this for $175 on a Saturday. That's a lot of solution and peace of mind and seems like a fair price. Oh, and did I mention, Melinda came with him and while he was retrieving a tool from his vehicle, she troubleshot and resolved why a lamp in an outlet in the living room was no longer working (I'd already determined it wasn't the bulb off the lamp)? Turns out, when it was moved during some of the remodeling and then plugged back into the outlet, it was plugged into the other half ...the half controlled by that mysterious third switch in the entry and that switch had been turned off! Ok, admittedly, I should have caught that, but this remodel stuff has worn me out! Anyway, Melinda taught me the clue that helped her see the problem right away, so I learned something, too. Richard and Melinda are a great team and I'm a happy customer...
