The owner of this company has his employees climbing Palm Trees on windy and rainy days. That is complete disregard for a human beings life. Doesn't he realize those men have family and friends who love and care about them? These men have wives, mothers and fathers, children, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews who worry about their safety while an uncaring boss makes his men climb up a tall Palm Tree that's swaying about 10' from each side and rainy and wet out that they could loose their grip very easily trying to hang on to a slim tall tree that the wind is taking 10' out. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from the owner.

As an HOA Manager, I have worked with Tree Pros on and off with many of my communities over the years. They have been incredibly helpful in a pinch during emergencies, quick to turn around proposals for my Boards for review and always correspond with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy. Anne and her entire team go above and beyond to make sure work orders are attended to in a timely manner and the lines of communication are always open before, during and at project completion. I highly recommend Tree Pros for any of your needs, big or small.

They showed up and cut a compromised limb over my garage on a Sunday afternoon, they were courteous to watch out for the kids whereabout before operating any power equipment..truly appreciate them doing this on the weekend.

Throwing your flyers on people's lawns like trash is a trashy unprofessional practice. I actually have a tree that needs to be removed but, the fact this person left their calling card by driving by an throwing it on my lawn screams disrespect and a flippant attitude about common decency. Not neighborly. Glad that when I go to look for a tree service online I know to avoid this rude individual.

Steve says the right things when he’s bidding a job, but you really get to know him when he’s working. His temper, lack of professionalism, and breaking his word about the way the work will be performed are all reasons I would recommend not hiring him.

However if you enjoy someone you are paying yelling, cursing and arguing with you, then 5/5!

Just had Steve remove two trees from my backyard today. He was fast and did a very professional job. Plus his price was fair. I would have him help me again and highly recommend him.

Terrible experience with Steven Unprofessional, not Caring to a
current client. We had our large oak tree cut Nov 2023 and this past
weekend the top of our oak tree came crashing down. I called Steven, came out next day quoted ridiculous amount and my husband and I could tell he did not want the job. Rude comments
about our tree but he was happy to cut it in Nov 2023 and take the money and run. I would not recommend this uncaring company to anyone. Unacceptable way to run a business and turn your back on current clients who needed help. Very disappointed how we were treated.

We got a huge dying Maple cut a few years ago, and they did so great we had em back to take down three massive Cypress & they got em down in fewer than 4 hours!!!! Friendly & professional & quick. Highly recommend!! 🌲

I am a retired Roseville resident and property owner. Steven and Shane did a great job trimming my tree and removing an invasive rose bush from my property. I will definitely use them again to help me keep my property clean shaven. Thank you guys!
