My HVAC unexpectedly stopped working at the onset of multiple 100 degree days. I made multiple calls trying to get anyone to even respond. Most companies told me they would schedule me out 7-10 days. I was frustrated beyond belief as my home reached 90+ degrees inside. I explained to Puzio Heating and Air that I really needed help. Rick made arrangements to at least come out and triage my unit. Within 10 minutes he replaced a capacitor and my unit was up and running. My home cooled down quickly. I asked him to set up a regularly scheduled maintenance program. I am very pleased with his response time, professionalism and repair cost. I'd give 10 STARS if I could. Thank You Rick!!!

For anyone who needs HVAC service or replacement. The owner of the company is Rick. He has trained 1000’s of HVAC technicians in the Sacramento area including myself. His history started in the 80’s working in this field. Through the years he shared his knowledge to his peers and subordinates. Recently, he taught HVAC at one of the National training centers with a school right here in Sac. To say the least, he knows his field inside and out.
He started his business back up and here we are… if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest company, you found it!
