They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

We had Hotco replace our hot water heater. Charles the technician was great and did an amazing job. I have been retired from the trades and was impressed by his skills and knowledge. They gave me a good price, stuck to their quote and were very professional.

Hotco is amazing. I found them last year. They just installed a new tankless water heater today. From my phone call asking for help, to the end of installation, this compay is amazing. If your in need of a water heater, HOTCO is the water heater company I would recommend. When I discovered my WH was leaking I gave them a call. I called them due to the excellent reviews. I spoke with Jen and within 24 hours of the initial call with Jen, a new water heater was installed. I can't say enough. Jen was a delight and the installers were professional. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 11!

Our water heater went out on a Saturday, yet they were there to provide prompt and courteous service to me and my family with no delay.

They did not take advantage of the emergency, weekend work and completed the new install with expertise, efficiency and with no extra costs (even though after the estimate I let them know we needed an added shut-off).

Jen, the owner was kind smart and super professional. Charles did an awesome thorough job. We were using a cabin in Truckee for father's day when the water died. Though they were unable to support us on father's day, they came when promised on Monday. We also encountered a small plumbing issue while there and it was resolved while there. We need additional work as we go back east and trust them implicitly. I highly recommend.
