From my first interaction with Vlad to the last all communication was upfront, transparent and clear. The bid I received was detailed, inclusive of everything we discussed and easy to understand. I had some concealed conditions that could not be formally quoted that Vlad addressed by presenting a fair and reasonable method of how the cost would be mitigated. This was a major 5 week project that All Exterior Construction stayed mobilized on until the job was complete. The fit and finish of their work exceeded my expectations . The crew walked me through the finished job seeking any feedback I had and confirmed I was completely satisfied. All Exterior Construction provided everything they commuted to and I didn’t pay a dime more than I expected to. Unheard of in this business. I highly recommend these guys for anyone who needs quality work at a fair price, performed by an honest team . I couldn’t be more satisfied and will defiantly use them again.

We used All Exterior Construction to do our siding and windows, and they did a phenomenal job! They were very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns, and with extensive knowledge they thoroughly explained the whole process step by step to me! Then, once doing the job, were very efficient and hard working, whilst working fast.
I will definitely use them again when I need to do more work on my home, and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

10/10 recommend. I had a good amount of dry rot due to deferred maintenance. Vlad and his team, removed all the dry rot, repaired needed frame damage, sealed up the house and did a great job on the paint. Now my house looks new! Very fair and honest pricing, full transparency and great communication. I am very happy with this service.

I took bids from five different contractors and All Exterior came in the best pricing for the work agreed to perform. As you can from the before, during and after photos, their work was top notch and they performed under difficult conditions having to perform work without passing through a neighboring property. We have used All Exterior Construction a few separate times now for dry rot repairs, and they have been great each time! They are quick to respond, professional, and have quality work. We reached out to them on a Monday morning, and by Wednesday the work was finished. We would use them again and would recommend them for anyone looking for this type of work.

I cannot express how happy and grateful I am with this contractor, Vlad. I had different estimates and their estimates were outrageous. Vlad gave me the best estimate and I am so happy that I went with him. The work is excellent. The price is excellent. But what is more important to me is that the other people that gave me quotes obviously thought they were going take advantage because I’m older and single. I will only deal with this contractor in the future. They are honest and skilled and very respectful. What more could one possibly ask for.

These are the people to do the job! We had a big siding job that we needed to get done in a time crunch, and All Exterior Construction crunched it! Communication was very good, all our questions were answered by Vlad before starting the project, and you could tell he’s definitely knowledgeable about what he does! Quality of work was 5 stars! They got the job done super quick, and top quality work! They even helped us set up for painting our exterior right away although they were only asked to do siding. Vlad and his team were great to work with. I needed 8-11 T1-11 siding panels replaced, which he did with care and speed. Yet, he found ways to make extra contributions to keep water away. Very enjoyable to work with.

I found this contractor from Angi's list.
I wrote that I needed the siding on my chimney, 3 contractors responded right away. When I reached back to all 3 to get a quote, only All Exterior Construction replied.
His quote was the same as 3 other local contractors that i spoke to prior to trying Angi.
I opted to use All Exterior Construction.
After a few texts and emails with Vlad, we signed a contract.
Due to weather, it took several weeks to get them on site.
We asked that the siding and trim be dropped off at our house so that we could paint it all before they put it up.
After we told Vlsd that the paint was finished, 1 week later 2 workers arrived and completed the job in one day. That was fast.
They were very efficient, and cleaned up everything before they left.
The metal cap on top of the chimney was not secure and was flopping up and down in the wind just 2 days after they finished.
Vlad sent his guys out 2 days later and resecured the top.
Overall this is a good contractor with very good workers.

Vlad and his team at All Exterior Construction are amazing! I really appreciated how straight forward and honest Vlad was from the start. As a homeowner, a lot of these projects can be daunting to tackle due to costs, inconvenience to neighbors, timeline, and more but you will be in the best hands with All Exterior Construction. The initial meeting was thorough and Vlad proposed some options based on his expertise. He shared the risks of each one and I was able to choose the best option for me. He took care of the permits and was communicative throughout. My project turned out to be bigger than I expected and he had to coordinate with my neighbor since we needed access to their backyard. His team kept their work areas tidy and were very respectful. Since it’s been completed, I can breathe a big sigh of relief knowing that the leaks that I was experiencing are repaired in the best way possible. I’ve already referred All Exterior Construction to friends and highly recommend them! They do the job right!

Vlad’s team were fast and efficient and the work looks well done. They were the first to respond to my requests for quotes and were patient while I waited for other quotes. In the end their price was fair, and the communication was good, so I went with them over other options. They were able to start quickly and the work was done in just over a week. They undertook some extras and made sure I was satisfied, and left me feeling able to reach out if I have any further questions or concerns. The final result looks great and comes with a 30 year warranty.

We recently had All Exterior Construction come out and do a full reside of our house in Petaluma using the James Hardie boards. This is the third house we have owned over the years and just like the previous two, we had relatively significant work done to it. We are no strangers to working with various contractors. One of the biggest thing I've learned is when getting bids its not just about the price but also having to think of communicating with them as well as understanding what is being done and why. When looking for bids we reached out to three different siding companies. Out of the three Vlad from All Exterior turned out to not only be the best price, but most informative and easy to communicate with. Unlike the other two I didn't get the "used car salesman" vibe from him at all. He seemed generally concerned in providing us the work we wanted for the best price possible. I'm super impressed with how quickly he would get back to me with any questions or concerns. Generally when it comes to having bigger jobs done issues or possible changes of plans will arise mid job that weren't thought about during the initial bid. Vlad was very flexible and helpful in ensuring the changes we came up with were done/charged a very fair price for the adjustments (we had some Exterior lights installed as well as insulation which weren't part of the original plan).
When it came to the job itself Vlad had a foreman Alex who was our primary point of contact for immediate questions or concerns we had about what was being done to the house. Alex was very friendly and easy to communicate with as well. The size of the crews working varied day by day from 2 to 4 person crews. We did get hit with some rain delays but overall the work progressed in a manner we were happy with. Toward the end of the job while walking around the house and looking at final touchups the workers never seemed bothered or annoyed to have to either address or redo something. If anything the last day I was surprised how long it took them to do the touch ups I had requested because instead of rushing through just to finish they ensured everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I will attach some photos of the finished work. Our front door is still back ordered so Vlad said he would have someone come out to hang the new one when it comes in. I will update photos once it is done. All in all a wonderful experience with All Exterior Construction! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done to their home. I will also definitely be reaching back out if I am in need of any more work to be done.

On Christmas day, with heavy rains and high winds, our southern wall began to leak, really bad! Knowing the 40-year-old particle board siding, which had been installed poorly, had finally failed, I got 3 bids from recommended contractors to replace the siding. Even though Vlad's proposal was not the lowest bid, based on his description of the scope of work, and what he would do that the others would not, I decided he would do the best job. Well, it was well worth it! I am very happy with the quality of the final product as well as how Vlad communicated with me and answered my questions. He is fair and honest, not things you always experience with this type of work. An exceptional job! I do not hesitate to recommend All Exterior Construction for doing the best quality work at a fair price. Thank you again, Vlad!

I hadn't replaced the sidings in my San Francisco home since the house was built in 1979 and I didn't know exactly where to start. My friends suggested the usual "get 3 quotes and compare".

The first one I got was someone who's independently, unlicensed and does weekend work. He gave me the lowest price of the three and it did not including painting. While the price was the lowest, I didn't feel secure because he didn't have a license and would not have used a proper scaffold for my 3 story complex. In San Francisco, I cannot afford get caught operating against the rules as well.

The second provider, was licensed, family business, and he was very slow in getting back to me and give me a quote that was beyond high and didn't really explain to me what he would do.

Then I met up with Vlad, he looked at my house and gave me a few choices on what I could use for my sidings and what its benefits are. He also is licensed, and would do the work with a permit to ensure that everything is up to code. He was very thorough with the scope of work and gave me a price that was actually higher than the first provider, but I saw value in the price. So I went with Vlad. He was very transparent and structured in the delivery of the work. The work was completed within 2 weeks and he also repaired dry rot (at an incremental an hourly basis). The 3rd provider said he'll take 1 month and cannot begin until 2 months). Just take a look at how damaged my wood and how it turned out! Vlad did a great job and I would recommend him!

Vladimir and his team did an excellent job on our home in Oakland, Ca. They did a complete siding renovation on all 4 sides of the house, as well as install a big bay window in the front. Our house is beautiful and we are thrilled with the work; I've recommended All Exterior to two friends already.

I chose All Exterior for 2 reasons: 1) Vladimir's quote came in either very similar, or better, than other reputable companies that I got bids from, so I felt that the price was fair, and 2) he was by far more knowledgeable than others I spoke with on siding. Vladimir was great to work with the entire way and assured me that the number one thing for him was for us to be satisfied with the work, and he kept this assurance throughout the project.

Once work started it was a bit start and stop due to the rainy season, but when weather allowed the team worked extremely quickly and I had great communication the entire way with both Vladimir, and the foreman David. When questions or unexpected issues came up, communication was quick and effective. In our case we were switching from wood siding to James Hardy fiber-cement siding. The new material came with nuanced differences and there were various unanticipated details that I needed to mull over when it came to the house's aesthetic. We had a little bit of scope creep from the original contract as material went up and the designs became real, but in each instance Vladimir was very flexible and fair when it came to changes outside the original contract.

In the end we had a great experience working with All Exterior. We love the quality of the work and feel that the price was very fair. Thank you Vladimir and David!

One suggestion that I have for Vladimir and the All Exterior team is to make sure that customers moving to James Hardy material are fully aware of the design constraints required by the manufacturer. If that were more thoroughly explained to me I would have had fewer questions about the implementation on the back end. For example, Hardy material allows for little customization. Coming from wood - where any shape can be cut/carved - switching to Hardy material required a perspective shift that I did not fully appreciate until seeing the material.

Extremely satisfied and impressed with All Exterior Construction. I had some siding that needed repair and new door flashings to be installed. To start, Vlad was very prompt in returning my inquiries. He was also very thorough, asking me about the work that needed to be done and providing suggestions on how to go about it. He is clearly knowledgeable about the industry and gave a detailed breakdown of the work needed. His bid was also very competitive and based on these reasons I went with them. On the day they were to be on site, the crew showed up on time and prepared with all materials at hand. They worked hard and meticulously and kept me informed throughout the day. Their workmanship was great and I’m very satisfied with it. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them for exterior work.

All Exterior replaced our decks and railings in July and will be replacing our driveway bridge railings in October I will update post with those pictures. Vlad from All Exterior was always available to talk about the project. He was very professional and responded quickly to my request and provided an estimate in a very timely manner. I reached out to three other deck contractors, and they were not accommodating, not professional and the build time and cost was ridiculous. Vlad’s 2-man crew were great to work with. They were efficient, polite, cleaned up every day, knowledgeable, hard workers and got the work done in a quarter of the time others quoted. One challenge was that we had to work with the existing framing (new or expanding the existing frame was not an option in South Lake Tahoe) the crew made it look beautiful to match the existing framing and design.
