I am a foreigner there. My stomach is not good. I really need a restroom.I asked if I could use the restroom with the employees there.I was allowed to use the restroom this morning at this company.The employee is very nice, his name is Carlos, and the front desk is also very good, her name is Angie. I am very grateful and appreciate it. May God bless them all.

I called them for an evaluation due to my ac pulling power. I had an appointment on a Friday between 1-2 no one called me or text me
Called them, they sated that they are running behind schedule. Asked for a reschedule for Wednesday between 10-11.

Once Wednesday came along no one showed up or called past 11 so I called them. They told me that they were going to see where their technician was. Called 45 minutes later they transferred be but no one answer
Called them 3x more after that they didn't answer me.
By my 4th call they blocked my number. I used my boyfriends phone to call them and they were in shock when they heard my voice again they all of a sudden they could have a technician come in the next 30 mins

during the job estimation stage, i must say that my interaction with the electricians was utterly pleasant. the electrician, or let's refer to him as lucas, showed great patience in evaluating my needs, grasping my situation, and guiding me through various possible solutions. he took a moment to hear my concerns and provided reassuring answers, which was highly valued. this encounter in city of industry was definitely a positive one in every aspect.

The two technicians were right on target when they identified the issue behind my bathroom wall as a problem with the vent pipe seal on the roof. After the roofer replaced the boot, everything has been great! With all the rain we've had, the vent pipe has stayed completely dry. we lost power in part of our house after a storm, so i thought maybe a breaker was bad in the panel since none were tripped. i called The Circuit Pros Company after hours, hoping to be one of the first in line for help in the morning. lucas called me back and after we talked, he guessed it was probably just a gfi that had tripped, which i totally forgot was there because it was hidden behind a plug. instead of coming out and charging me a fee, lucas told me what to check and i was able to fix the power myself. that was really professional and showed he is honest and trustworthy.
