I had water damage in my home so I called Serv Pro to assist with the water remediation. Two gentleman quickly arrived from Serv Pro, they were curious and very professional. I was very happy with the quality of the service I received from Serv Pro and highly recommend them.

Not really happy with the job at all. I feel like Servpro took advantage of an already bad situation. They did a money grab on the insurance company. Since I couldn’t be at my home after the Eaton fire, they took everything they could out of my home for restoration. They went thru closed closets and dresser drawers and removed items. We live in the Meadows of Altadena where nothing burned. There was some ash in a couple of the living spaces but not the bedrooms. They ran in and so called cleaned in 2 days inside and out, and had to be called back to clean floors (my floors were cleaner before they came) and called back to clean my windows. Which Dylan indicated that most people hire professional window cleaners for that even tho then ran water off the roof. Not impressed with Dylan or his crew at all. I would not choose Servpro again for any services and State Farm should take them off their contractors list. Also they provided no help in putting things back after they were returned. So be prepared to do the work if you use them. I’m 69 and had to do it all myself. Also I was evacuated to Oceanside so couldn’t be there. My grandson let them in and stayed until he had to go to work. They put a lock box on. Make sure you’re available for the cleaning or they will take advantage. I believe Sue Kazoura is the owner of this Servpro who should be more involved with the process besides sending bills.
