We requested service for our pool spa heater from Atlantis Pools. It had not received maintenance in quite some time and was in need of some tender loving care. Within a few days, our expert Anthony was able to service the heater after his arrival. Pricing was more reasonable than any we had found, and Atlantis Pools' entire staff has been very polite and competent. They're even scheduled to replace our inadequate filter for us the following week. Atlantis Pools, thank you for the excellent service!

I've been getting weekly service from ORCA Pool Cleaning Care in Upland, CA, for more than a year and a half, and I've never had any issues with my pool. Their work was excellent, and they took the initiative to notify me when filters needed to be changed or gears needed to be replaced. Their service seemed to be fairly priced, in my opinion. Attempting to maintain it alone would have been far more expensive for me and would never have reached the level that it did with them. ORCA Pool Care in Upland comes highly recommended!

We have been using Miguel @ ORCAPools for 3+ years for our backyard pool, spa and 3 ponds. Price is a bit on the high side howeverthe last 4 pool guys couldn't keep up with all the work. He's reliable, hardworking & honest, and the pool always looks great. I recommended him to 4 other pool friends in Claremont over the past years, and each of those friends are still using him (and also thanked me for the recommendation). My dog also loves Miguel his weekly visits, for Miguel always takes a minute to greet her (and sometimes he even gives her a little dog treat too)!

Needed a new pool pump for my home in Claremont CA. Anthony was very responsive and communicative. He asked questions about our pool and spa combo and after first determining that a repair was not possible, he was able to give us a couple of options for a variable speed pump replacement. He took his time to make sure we got what we needed. His follow up was also a big plus. Very professional and the job was done quickly and thoroughly.

Disorganized, Unprofessional and UNRELIABLE. My best advice is to have a back up plan for when they don't show up.
