I am very happy with this company. They sent Paul over and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnose the problem with our swamp cooler very quickly. He goes out of his way to help. It's nice to have a capable worker like him around. I've used other workers in Lake County and was not so successful. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again.

I set an appointment for an estimate on installing a mini split unit;, Cory came right on time, went over the placement of the components, what would be involved, procedures to be followed and wrote up an estimate. We spoke of further installations, quality of various units, costs involved...Cory was knowledgeable and very helpful, I will be scheduling the install asap, and posting how it all turns out. I am a happy customer so far! I just had Cory and Paul here yesterday ( May 17th, 2023 ) to install two mini split units and the condenser...They were Great!! On time, professional, efficient, got me set up with AC turned on by the end of the day...the company is the Best, and so are Cory and Paul!!

A friend had recommended PM to me and Paul from Performance Mechanical was great. They kept me updated on the appointment with appt reminders and he let me know when he was able to come out a little earlier. During his analysis he identified a bad switch and lose connection that had shut down the AC. There was no sales job on other things I might want (but don,'t need). We are currently in an excessive heat warning and thanks to Paul's professionalism and knowledge I'm a cool guy once again. I'd recommend PM to anyone needing AC assistance.

Your service was great. Thank you for fitting me into your schedule. Because you were out to service my system on Jan. 20th I think the $129 diagnostic fee should be credited to the next service you schedule. Your technician said he would talk to you about serving 1 unit and maybe rerouting the drain line that keeps backing up.

Scheduling was super easy, my appointment was even moved up to an earlier time slot and the technician was right on time. I received multiple texts and calls with appointment updates. The technician on site was very professional and polite. Issue was resolved in about an hour and I was very satisfied with the service.

Air conditioner was not working. Had Chris as my technician. After trouble shooting the system he determined the problem and made the necessary repairs. Ran the AC system to make sure everything was working properly. System worked great.
Chris then checked to see if if my system was still under warranty. The parts needed to fix my system were still covered under warranty. I only had to pay for the service call.
Performance mechanical has always provided me with first class service and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs

Stephen was quite prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in what he did for us. Will I recommend? Of course I will.

Update: 10/21/2021 Jesse came to service the heater for winter. Jesse was professional, courteous, explained things in a way my 95 year old mom understood.
Will I recommend? Yes of course, no different than last time. Matter of fact, this is my second year of contracts with them. Contracts save a few dollars and I have less worries about my mom's comfort and safety.

Just had our a/c repaired by Paul. He was friendly and very efficient and professional. The cost wasn't nearly what we had anticipated. We are both very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the company as a whole and especially with their tech, Paul. Thank you for a job well done!

Jesse, Chris, and Paul did our installation and were SO amazing and very friendly. They were very fast and made sure we liked the placement of every unit. They got our entire mini split installed and running the same day. Cory did the initial quote and was very helpful and informative, he made sure we knew what to expect the day of installation and everything went exactly as planned. Performance Mechanical is a great company to work with, they even have financing options. Without their help we would not have gotten it done in time to beat the heat. Their admin seems very organized and communicated everything with us effectively by sending appt reminders. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new system, repairs, or maintenance. Our mini split came with a 12 year warranty on parts & labor, the warranty alone makes it well worth every dollar you will pay. We will definitely be calling them for anything we need in the future.

Chris Carmichael is the representative who came to our home to discuss install of a heating/cooling system. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He discussed what options there are and was respectful of our thoughts. He discussed the efficiency of the products in cost to us and cost of PG&E savings. He answered all our questions and overall, very thorough. If we decide to move forward, based upon my experience thus far with Performance Mechanical Heating and Cooling, they would be our choice for the job.

Chris is wonderful. As is Garrett, cleaning technician. They all seem to be of the highest social caliber as well…Will definitely recommend this company!

Chris your technician came out & quickly diagnosed the problem. We then ordered the part necessary and he returned right away to install it. Everything seems to be totally working now 👍. They were on time and did an excellent service/cleaning of my mini splits! They were very careful when cleaning and it looked and worked better after the cleaning. It was filthy & dripping water but not anymore. They are knowledgeable, efficient and I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs!

Corey and Paul worked so hard on our difficult Project of a Down Draft install for a new range. We have had some very trying and difficult procedures with a current remodel, and they went above and beyond the norm to install the ducting and down draft components! I hired Performance Mechanical Heating & Cooling to replace my furnace and HVAC air conditioning units at the Law Office of Dennis A. Fordham. Jesse Yocum and Justin McCarty were the technicians who installed the units. They were Excellent and lived up to my expectations. Jesse and Just did a very clean installation of equipment -- the workmanship of which they can both be proud. Based on their work for me, I recommend them and their company.

Chris was on time friendly very knowledgeable explained everything so I could understand it the best service ever Chris work like a dog and did the job of three men by himself a five head mini split install in three days all by himself it was amazing. He deserves a raise. My home is now very comfortable to live in. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Performance Mechanical. As always Chris Carmichael did an Amazing job.
