I had used this company in 2021, Paul came over, was very helpful and efficient. Within an hour he had diagnosed and worked on ac, even changed 2 air filters. Would definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Performance Mechanical - finally found someone I can count on, from the booking process, confirmation emails and reminders - through in-route text messaging - letting you know exactly where they are - AND - they show up when they say they are going to!!! The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional - really appreciate the experience.

Super happy with Performance Mechanical and our tech Chris he had our problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour and with the diagnostic special saved us money. Super polite will definitely use them again in the future

Chris has always been an excellent tech for us. He is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain things to us. He's coming back when he can secure a 10 strip for our unit.

This the second time I have had a need to use the services of Performance Mechanical. Their customer service and their service technicians are excellent. Very knowledgeable, considerate, take the time to diagnose and explain the work. Cory was here today to give me an estimate to repair/replace my propane furnace and electric AC. A local business. No charge if they need to return within 30 days.

Chris and Cory are the best at what they do. Not only are they fun to talk to but both are so courteous. These guys know what theyre doing! They are the best of Mechanical Performance.

Came in to check out the heater and air conditioning on why they were not working at all and found out I had to replace it. Jesse was very professional and respectful. Sent me a quote the same day. Because of the holiday coming up they scheduled the very next week to preformed the work in one day. Update 12/1/22 Came on time and did all the work that needed to be done installing a new system for heat and air in a mannerly time and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you guys

I appreciate the transparency. My main ac unit has had issues for a few years and it appears this was due to a faulty repair. While that is not great, not many businesses would take responsibility for this and let the owner know. It tells me that they have a lot of integrity. Thank you.

Cory was prompt, on time and easy to talk with. He discovered we need a new exterior pump and will get part asap and replace.
We recommend him and Performance Mechanical highly.

Paul arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He had the heat pump working very quickly. I was impressed by his candor and professionalism and will use Performance Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning again should the need arise.

Very professional! Great customer service, My appointment was set for noon to 2, They called to see if they could arrive earlier than planned. Once arrived checked everything as was explained when I made the appointment. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable. I will certainly recommend the company to everyone and will use them if and when needed again.

I was extremely happy with their professionalism. They are very detail orientated. They will call you back immediately when you have to leave a message which I found to be and excellent service. They are definitely a company that cares. They will do everything they can to hopefully make sure that you have heat. They worked with me on all aspects of the job. They also were able to send a technician out one day early, this way, I was not charged an emergency fee. I am extremely grateful to them. DJ, you are a rockstar. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that is having a heating or AC issue.

5 star all the way, from calling the office and speaking with the helpful woman who answered ( sorry I didn’t get her name) to Corey who was able to fix and explain our heater issue. They keep in touch and text info about when the technician will arrive, also they sent a picture of the person who is coming which is nice to have these days. Highly recommend this company.

Had to pay out of pocket due to a terrible home warranty, these guys were great. They checked everything and also told me what they were doing, so I can do some maintenance myself and know how things work for future.

Chris showed up an hour or so earlier than scheduled and I was very happy about that. I didn't have a/c for 2 days and it was really hot out. He explained how things got hot and melted in my unit and how he was going to fix it. I told him pretend I was his mother and would he allot his mother to live with a system like mine that had melted wires. He said absolutely...he kept reassuring me that the unit was now fixed and everything would be ok

They did not fully complete my air conditioning work and when they left they said if the problem was not fixed they would come back with no charge to replace the part that might then be the cause. When the weather warmed up again this week and the air would be needed it did not work. I called and had to call again to get to someone who said I would have to wait more than two weeks for an opening (at which time the heat wave we have for this last week of summer and first week of fall will be over). I am in a house that is beyond unhealthy for two senior citizens to get by. Not completing the job and not servicing the problem in a timely fashion does not make this company dependable of successful. Unless something happens if they change their mind, I would have to say this is a company too small to profitably serve clients.
