Our A/C stopped working on a weekend while we were installing a digital thermostat in the heat of summer. Michael offered to help and fixed the issue in no time on a weekend which is rare nowadays. How is that for reliability! Thank you!

Appointment set by Mike to install a new minisplit on Dec 19. Stated on Dec 10 that I would be fit into the schedule after the service call was preformed on Dec 9.
