I called to ask the price for a diagnostic and the man that answered was rude and unhelpful.

These guys were really nice and willing to help in an emergency even though they had a really tight schedule. Our tenants called late one evening and said there is water dripping from the ceiling inside the house where the condensate line runs for the air conditioner. The tenants turned the AC off for the night and I made calls first thing the next morning. Our usual AC technician was not available for several days so I called around. The guys here at Fahrenheit had a busy schedule too and were booked for a few days out, but they were willing to go out of their way and schedule us first thing the next morning at 7:00 AM. This is before their regular business hours to help us get our AC working again. I was worried about our tenants because the next few days the temperatures were predicted to be very high in the 90s. It turned out that the tenants decided to go out of town for a few days up to the mountains so we didn’t keep the early morning appointment. I was grateful for these guys at Fahrenheit’s willingness to go out of their way for us. We’ll definitely keep their contact information for the future, they seem great.

Got a great deal on an installed package system for less out the door than family friends who work in AC wanted to do it on the side. They didn't even charge us for the service call when our son, who was 6 at the time, closed the gas valve to the unit while playing outside and we thought the heater was "broken." Great experience!

Called Performance Mechanical, they charged me $99 for a diagnosis. Then told me it COULDN’T be repaired and a new one would cost $15,000! Because it was so expensive I decided to get a second opinion from Fahrenheit heating and air. Armondo came in and fixed it for $566! (What did my $99 to Performance Mechanical pay for? A misdiagnosis?)
