The repairman who came this morning was courteous, very professional, and - when it turned out that my dryer was too old to be repaired (parts were no longer available) full of useful information about which brands to look for and which one to definitely avoid. I recommend him highly!

After eight months without an oven and multiple technicians who gave up, Ellia at BonTech solved a problem nobody else could.

A power surge killed my JennAir 36” gas oven’s digital display. A previous repair had made things worse; the replacement display was for a 30” model, and it had quietly burned out three control boards. Ellia spent a full week dismantling the oven, looping in other techs, and calling JennAir directly until he figured it out.

He was calm, persistent, and an excellent communicator the entire time, both in person and by text.

BonTech was quick and timely to my house to diagnose. They provide pictures as well and that's nice. I would recommend them but make sure you have someone double check the work before they leave. The technician worked on my dryer but did not connect my dryer duct and left.

Highly recommend!! The dispatcher Stacey answered the phone right away and got the technician Elijah out to our house within 30 minutes. He assessed the issue and fixed the dishwasher within 45 minutes. Very professional and overall positive experience.

Elijah from the company was very polite and understanding. Even though we did not decide to go with the repair service because it was very expensive, he took his time to explain what was wrong with our washing machine and the cost and how we can save a few dollars even though we had to pay for the diagnostic charges.

Dryer broke 🤨 Called Elijah at Bontech and he did a very good job…dryer works perfect now. There were some challenges since the dryer is pretty old, but he stuck with it and got it done. I highly recommend Elijah!

The technician came out and spent at least 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with my oven. He couldn’t find anything wrong. He could’ve made something up but he didn’t. Very honest business practice!! Only paid service call fee.

On time, got a text indicating Illia was on his way. Got down to business. Removed portions of the refrigerator to gain access from both the rear and inside. Appeared to diagnose rather quickly. Replaced the relay switch and tested it. Seemed to function correctly, put back in place everything that had been removed.
The refrigerator is cooling far more than before so it appears the fix is working. Thanks to BonTech.
