Garrett came out same day and replaced a drain in our shower that had been grouted shut by the company that flipped out house. He even tried to talk me through fixing it without him coming out. Highly recommend working with Island Tile.

Garett and his crew were awesome! They installed quartz countertop and backsplash in our Family Room for us and the fit was spot-on! Garett was prompt getting back to me to come give us an estimate and he provided his estimate later that evening. Communication throughout the installation was great and he and his team kept the workspace clean. Would recommend to anyone and will be using him again when we redo the kitchen countertops. :)

Needed a larger stove top installed, granite top needed resizing. Garret was contacted and provided us with an affordable quote and was able to fit us in before thanksgiving. Great service and very affordable, highly recommended.

Garrett did a awesome job job repairing my Granite! He not only repaired the chip,but also made sure edge would be fixed from future chops! You couldn't ask for a better job! He is friendly and professional! He also gave me instructions on how to seal the granite and take care of it! He also had the best prices. Definitely will call him again. Excellent job Garrett!

Had a small tile chip that island tile took a look at. Great work hard to even tell where the chip is at. Pricing was very fair and overall good quality.

Garett and his team did a great job in our kitchen and bathroom of our older Hallmark home. He cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. He knows his stuff when it comes to granite, quartz and tile.
Working on an older home has its challenges and he was able to get the job done. And he makes sure you are satisfied with his work beyond the initial job.

Island Tile was amazing! One of the few companies I spoke with that would consider granite repair and then offered solutions. Garrett was fairly priced, and did excellent work. Looking forward to using Garrett for other projects moving forward.

Garett first came out to give us a quote, and he really takes his time to explain everything. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. And he explained everything in depth, which I really appreciated. For example, when picking out materials, he took the time to explain quartz vs quartzite vs marble vs granite and based on the pros and cons he provided, I was able to make my decision on what kind of countertops I wanted.
Garret is CLEAN!!! I've experienced my fair share of messy contractors. After each day, Garrett would take the time to clean, making sure the dust was vacuumed or the nails were picked up.
Garret really knows what he's doing and he has a great eye. He let us pick out our grout for our backsplash. He sampled it on a small section, said it didn't look right, and picked out some other grout for us and it turned out perfectly.
We loved our experience with Garrett so much we're looking into having him do our kitchen and bathrooms in our new home.
He is quite busy, but like I tell everyone I recommend him to, it's worth the wait!

Garrett just completed a beautiful quartz vanity countertop for our bathroom. He has an eye for detail and truly cares about the quality of his work! He has very reasonable prices and we couldn't be happier. The next project I will be doing is my kitchen countertop and of course I will be working with Garrett. You won't be disappointed.

Garrett from Island Tile is AMAZING!!. He made a tough situation look easy. I purchased a vintage dresser to make it my bathroom vanity. When everyone said it was not possible because of the size of the top and sink size, he found a way to make it possible. He does Amazing work, gives great communication, and is so wonderful to work with. If you need help look no further!! I'm so glad I went with Island Tile.

Garrett and Pete with Island Tile did an excellent job installing quartz countertops and tile backsplashes in my kitchen and bathrooms. They were very professional and got the job done in the time they promised. I was very impressed by their skill and attention to detail; they didn't miss anything finish wise. They were great at communicating with me when issues or concerns needed to be addressed, unlike some contractors who just assume they know what you want. Their consideration made all the difference for me and I recommend them highly.

There was a need to drill a hole in our granite to add a new faucet for a water system. I reached out over the thanksgiving holidays not really expecting a quick response, however, a response was received on the same day of the request. Garrett responded with a request for additional photos and some follow up questions to ensure he had a full idea of the project prior to quoting a price. Once he came out he was knowledgeable and completed the job according to our specs. I would definitely recommend Garett and Island Tile to others. We plan to use him again in the future for future jobs.

Garrett does a great job. He's a little slow in terms of response times - but once he gets started he's fast and reliable and the the outcome is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

Garrett and his crew are great to work with. They did three full bathrooms down to the studs, and our laundry room. Floors, shower wall, niches, backsplashes, granite counters, stand alone tub, rain shower, and he works well / has painter, electrical, plumbing, and other connections. The few cosmetic issues he jumped in a made it right. Highly recommended!

We could not be happier with the results of our kitchen. We had them demo the old tile floors and install the wood plank tile and also our new quartz tops. The floor was put in meticulously and very level which I am a stickler about. The countertops turned out better than I imagined framing out the window perfectly and installing the quartz backsplash without damaging anything in the house. Mr. Sanchez is also very agreeable and easy to work with. We will be using him on our future remodel projects and have recommended him to others.

Island Tile is FANTASTIC. Not only are they reasonably priced, they deliver high quality work ON TIME. They've redone our kitchen and bathroom and we'll definitely be hiring them again in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Garret is truly a great contractor. Precise, thoughtful and does GREAT work. I highly recommend him. He installed a granite counter top in my kitchen. A few bumps along the way but he solved them all. Island looks amazing!!

I called Garret so that he could give me a quote on kitchen countertops. He came out and measured but never provided me with a written quote as promised. And he was not willing to accompany you pick to out the granite slab. I had several quotes from different companies and he was the only one that didn't follow through with a written quote. It was okay because I found the perfect company that installed beautiful counter tops and went with me to pick out and examine the granite slab.

Called, left a message never received a call back, have since hired another contractor who is responsive. I mentioned that I had left a message with this company at the granite store, and was told "yes he will never call you back". That isn't a good sign. If you are busy that is wonderful for you, however you should take the 5 minutes to return someones call, its the polite thing to do.
