Carl showed up promptly and competently/completely cleaned out our dryer vent. We have a unique setup in our home where the vent is 16ft long and Carl managed the cleaning with no issues whatsoever. I wholeheartedly recommend Carl's services and will use him again!

Carl did an amazing job! We decided to try this service to get better airflow on our gas dryer. Boy, he not only cleaned the compacted vent, tidy up our interior, and made our vent behind the dryer fit better on the back, but left not a trace of lint anywhere inside or outside. Carl was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He answered the phone on the first phone call I made and answered any questions I may have and was super helpful. I was ready to book with him before he even told me the price! Booking was incredibly easy and communication period was seamless as well. He asked if he could come about 30 minutes early and that worked great for us. Upon arrival he was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Carl made a point to tell me he wouldn’t charge me for something I didn’t need i.e., an internal dryer clean and we did not end up needing one after all, he cleaned everything up and left it spotless. He replaced the vent tube as well. We received an invoice and receipt, with photos attached of the work he did too. Highly highly recommend Carl with SafeSmartVent.

He even fixed the front of my dryer so the door would open more. Also fixed a problem with my new washer top which he did not have to do. SafeSmart Carl was: on time, cleaned the dryer vent in the laundry room then got on the roof to clean out the roof vent. It took about an hour. The dryer is working GREAT now and Carl sent me pix of all the lint/debris he vacuumed out! He also shared suggestions on how to maintain the lint filter from now on! He did a GREAT JOB!

Safe Smart Dryer has to be the most professional company I have used in a long time. The appointment was quickly scheduled, and I received text updates until my appointment time. Everything was as expected, and the area was left cleaner than when he arrived. To my surprise, I received before and after pictures of my vent. Also, they take many forms of payment.
