Five star service from Vitaliy who is truly a caring locksmith. Our dog sitter was locked out of our house very late at night. We searched Yelp for a locksmith that was open at that hour and found Vitaliy. We called, he answered, and he was there within 12 minutes. The cost was affordable and very reasonable. It was a vulnerable situation met with efficient and caring service. I highly recommend The Caring Locksmith.

Bought an OEM key fob online since Carmax only had the one for my Nissan truck. Inquired on Yelp! with The Caring Locksmith about programming + cut and got a response within 20 minutes and was here not long after that. Cut the emergency key and programmed the fob faster than it would have taken me to drive to the dealership. Also super reasonable price and saved me a ton from having to pay dealer prices too. Chill and reliable crew, would highly recommend!

I spoke with the owner today about repairing a door knob and he was very courteous and said he could come right over. It took him only a few minutes to repair the door lock. The technician showed up just in time, did a great job and we even did a couple of add-ons, no problem he just re-keyed a couple of blocks for me so that the whole house matched. Super polite and great skill.

My daughters girlsfriends purse got stolen with her car keys in it. This happened at like 9pm and I was texting back and forth for pricing with The Caring Locksmith and he gave us a good price, came out super late at night and got everything done so fast. He was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend him to everyone!!

Messaged Vitaliy about 30 minutes ahead of time to see if he could fit me in and he responded quickly and had the OEM key I needed for my vehicle. Incredibly nice and great pricing. Upon arriving, he quickly cut and programmed the key/fob to my vehicle with no issues. Definitely recommend!

I needed 11 home locks rekeyed and a new car key fob. I was referred to The Caring Locksmith by a friend. He came as agreed and on time. His service was efficient, friendly, fast and he replace a frozen latch on one of the door. I only asked for three doors and security doors to be rekeyed but he did a fourth door so that all the keys would match. He replaced my car key fob with a perfect match, not just a generic one. He did not try to gouge prices or take advantage of me. In fact, he gave me a discount. I would recommend Vitali to anyone who wants excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, friendly and timely locksmith.

AMAZINGLY kind and efficient locksmith! This review is a few months late, but I hate the BEST experience with Vitaliy! I have a large iron front door that was unable to open from the outside. I was referred to The Caring Locksmith by another well-known locksmith who was unable to take my call. Vitaliy stated that he had not worked on a door like mine before, but he figured it out and put it all back together perfectly! I would not hesitate calling him for ANY of my locksmith needs! I almost didn't even write this review. What more can I say that these other 60+ 5 star reviews haven't? My personal experiences with The Caring Locksmith have been wonderful. I use him for everything and anything key related. I've had him re-key several properties and even extra keys for one of my vehicles (which SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS). He's always friendly, communicative, and fair on pricing. He's always krystal clear, and usually can get me in same day. I honestly can't recommend him enough. I even stock his cards at my business because I believe in people who do quality work and ones who are willing to do it fairly are a dying breed!

He did a great job, just what we asked to have done and was a very nice and courteous person.

This is an update from my previous review now that I have used Vitaliy's services. This young man is the real deal. Figured out the problem immediately with my gate locks. Adjusted his schedule for me because I was worried having access to my unlocked yard. He was polite and professional and his pricing is extremely fair. He worked fast to fix the problem. What a relief to find someone that has old school work ethics and integrity. I have a list of go to contractors and now I can add Caring Locksmith to my list!!!!
