The service was amazing! Kevin was not only professional, but also really genuine and easy to talk to. He explained everything with so much patience and care. It’s rare to find someone who’s both great at their job and makes the experience feel so easy.

I called and I actually got a person on the other end after hours!!! The technician that assisted me was named Chris. He was very courteous and addressed my concerns over phone . He came out that same night when he promised and fixed our backed up drain . I was so pleased with the fast professional service. Had a scheduled A/C and heating inspection from PDS this morning. John and Aaron showed up on time and were thorough, professional and very pleasant to work with. Our A/C stopped blowing cool air on a Saturday night recently & I saw the great reviews for this company. I called & they sent John the next morning. He let us know when he was on the way & diagnosed the problem quickly, and took a lot of detailed pictures to show us other problems brewing. John was great, fixed the issue & we were back to a cool home fast! We're planning on doing more business with this company in the future with our ducts. I highly recommend this company & John in particular!

Our company had our heaters go out right in the middle of this cold spell, and we had the pleasure of having tech John Y come out and assess the problem. He was AMAZING! Arrived promptly and got right to work seeing what he could do to get our heater working again ASAP. Even provided 3 seperate estimates based on what our needs were at the time, and what we could afford! 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family.

This afternoon our water heater went out, having worked with them before, we knew to call PDS. Jayson & Chance arrived and were incredibly professional and organized, they definitely put a smile on my face on a sad day. They quickly identified our issue and resolved it within four hours. We are incredibly grateful to them and would absolutely recommend their services.

I had the absolute best service today with John Y who came out to tune up my heater. John was a true professional and was very thorough in his review of everything related to the health and safety of my HVAC system. PDS as a whole made me feel like my military service is wholeheartedly appreciated which really means a lot to me. I definitely recommend PDS and will look to them for future service.

The technician did an amazing job educating me about how a water heater works and provided multiple options on fixing my issue from the smallest repairs to permanent solutions. Amazing! I chose to reach out to this company because it's Veteran-owned and I was not disappointed. They responded to me quickly and someone was able to come out within a couple of hours after I reached out! I had a little heating problem, it stopped working, during the coldest few days too. I called PDS on a Saturday, they were there at my home on a Sunday. There was no fees for the estimate, especially for it being a Sunday not like another company that I know. The techs name was John Yotoun. He showed up and got down to business right away. He knew exactly what was wrong and gave me options as to what can be done. Broke down the prices. There was no high pressure tactics, its was like, here are the options the decision is yours. He ordered the part and a couple a days later fixed the problem. Long story short, we have heat again, thanks god. Thanks to John Yotoun and PDS. When it’s time to get a new ac unit I will definitely be calling PDS.

Our heat went out last night, around 9. We scheduled for a tech to come by 7 pm. Raul Garcia came out by 2, and had us warm by 3. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Outstanding service!
